We are Scotland's largest birds of prey centre. There are over 70 birds to see and fantastic flying displays every day. Our birds include eagles, falcons, owls, hawks, vultures and parrots. We are open from 10am till 5pm and the displays are at 12 noon and 3pm daily. The centre is open 7 days a week all year round. We do experiences where you can handle and fly the birds (booking required). Come and sample our home cooking at The Cabin Cafe.

Had a great day out yesterday at World of Wings. The handlers made the whole experience a real joy! I love owls and being able to handle them more than lived up to my expectations! The family who run the place made my partner and I, and even my Beagle very welcome. The food at the cafe was tasty and... More

My wife bought me a VIP Experience package as last year's Christmas gift and what a day out I had. We (I could take up to 3 "observers" along with me so wife and son tagged along) were met by Lyn who explained absolutely everything about the different birds I was able to handle. Firstly the large birds like the... More

Staff pleasant and friendly. Man on the admissions deal very helpful and warned us of cafe being busy and to pre-order. Glad we did as lots of families and groups of children on visits. Drinks we had ordered were ready cold (needed to be on hottest day of year) and on our reserved table. Food arrived a few minutes after... More

Booked my daughter and her friend in for a 3hour visit at world of wings . Pretty easy to get to via motorway. The handlers and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Booking in 15 minutes before your visit starts gives a chance to have a look in the gift shop adjoining the cafe/ reception. 3 3/4 hours later, Judging... More

We went with our six kids and had a great time - arrived just in time for a flying show which we all enjoyed - 4 birds were on shown and all were entertaining. Loved the commentary provided along with each bird that was shown. After the 45 minute show had a chance to look at the other birds at... More

What a wonderful place this is! We saw so many birds that we have never even heard of before and got to see some truly exceptional birds in flight. The first presenter was lovely, she flew a very cute Tawny owl and got the whole audience involved asking questions, sharing fun facts and pulling silly faces. The kids are still... More

A lovely centre for a day out with the family; the staff were extremely friendly and happy to chat and answer questions both during the spectator event, and generally as we walked around the enclosures. All of the birds appeared very happy and healthy, and many were calling to one another, bobbing their heads and clearly enjoyed seeing people. The... More

I recently visited World of Wings with my two year old son. We both had a really great time watching the demos and looking at loads of different birds. The demos were very informative and the staff really make it fun. My favourite bird was the Geordie bird, haha, and a wee Australian owl. Both adorable. I didn’t even know... More
