広い公園でゆっくり過ごせますが、天気のいい休日には駐車場がいっぱいで止められないことも（駐車場自体はめちゃくちゃいっぱいある）。敷地内の屋内運動施設は、マシンジム、プール、スタジオがあり、月額料金ではなく都度支払いで気軽に利用できます。

ジョギングのトラックコースを１～２周して付帯施設の「元気館」で超格安のトレーニングジムや室内温水プールで運動したり丸一日を経済的に健康的に過ごせる広大な敷地の県営の健康施設です。レストランのランチも格別に美味しいです。それに安い。

The Prefectural Health and Welfare Village literally has sports facilities and a senior citizens' welfare center to help you stay healthy. The sports facilities include a paid swimming pool, training gym, multi-purpose sports field, softball field, tennis courts, and more, as well as a 1,830m jogging course, a 2,080m cycling course, and a 270m skating course. Every area is full of people exercising.

週末は家族連れがたくさん

週末は家族連れが多いので駐車場が混み合います。
施設内は芝生や池、テニスコートやプールなど充実しておりピクニックするだけでも最高の場所です。

家族づれで賑わっていて、良い雰囲気です。
駐車場もあります。
何回も行きました。

真冬でも、ツバキの花や水仙の花が見られました

大きな池の周りに、様々な種類の植物が植えられていて、とても自然環境が良い雰囲気で、気持ちが良いです。訪れた真冬でも椿の花や水仙の花が咲いていました。
　大きな休憩所はログハウスで出来ていて、中にベンチも80人以上の人が座れる位広いです。
　ウォーキング、ジョギング、犬の散歩に来る人が多かったです。

サイクリングロード・散歩・水泳・スポーツ類が楽しめるサイタマケン！

大きいようで意外に狭い！便利なようで不便な！規則も厳しく！混むと車は止められない！止める場が無いに等しいので自前の自転車でサイクリングしながらサイクリングロードでも道幅が狭い！贅沢はいけない此れだけの場が埼玉にあるのが素晴らしい！休む場もありました。すべては４時〜４時半頃終わると思いましよう。室中は綺麗です！こどもの遊び場としては素晴らしい！靴は自前でローラスケート場がありその場所で出来ます！休みの日だけのレンタルサイクリングもあります。日曜日の晴れた日にはたぶん混んでいなければ車で行くといいでしよう！飲み物とお弁当持参！

トレーニングジム、温水プール、テニスコート、サッカーグラウンドがあるなかで、外周にジョギングが出来る膝に優しいランニング道路があります。2週半で5㌔弱。ちょうどよい距離です。家族で来て、遊具で、レンタサイクルなどで遊ぶ姿はほのぼのとしています。日曜などは駐車場がいっぱいになるので早めにおでかけになることが良いでしょう
