This is a museum next to the Odawara castle on the 2nd floor of a souvenir shop.
Admission is 200 yen per person. They also sell a ticket set combining the Odawara castle and it offers a 100 yen discount.
The museum is not so big, there are roughly 10 Japanese armors and Katana each. Some of them are old and historical.
When I visited there, there was a show projecting the map of the Samurai battle. It was so graphic and fun. Personally, the most interesting display was the panels. They described every part of Japanese armor and Katana, it looks like an anatomical chart.
It was not so packed, only 3 or 4 groups were there. I enjoyed it more than Odawara castle's main tower, I recommend visiting here. Particularly if you visit Odawara castle, don't miss it.
