「井上康文詩碑」をご存じでしょうか？
小田原は自然豊かで温暖な気候から、昔から住みやすい場所として多くの文学者たちに愛され、ここに別荘や住居を構える人も少なくありませんでした。
小田原市出身の井上康文は明治30年生まれ大正から昭和時代にかけ詩人として活躍された方です。周囲を緑に囲まれた八幡山と呼ばれる小高い丘の上にある小田原高校に行く途中百段坂があります。実際には131段あります。ここを抜けて城山公園の城山陸上競技場へ向かう小路の脇にある詩碑には「梅は古き枝に蕾をつけず新しき梢に花を開く」と刻まれていました。

ＪＲ小田原駅から徒歩で坂道をひたすら歩き、城山公園に行った場所にある井上 康文（やすぶみ）さんの碑です。神奈川県出身の詩人です。徒歩の場合は、体力を考えて時間に余裕があれば立ち寄っても良いと思います〇

お花見客とか、ハイカーの方くらいしか通らない感じの場所にあるので、ちょっと目立たないかも知れませんね。これからの紅葉の季節は、散策には最適なエリアです。ただ、人気のあまりなくかなりさみしい場所なので、早朝や夕方、女性の一人歩きはやめた方がいいと思います。

小田原高校から少し坂を上っていったところにある詩人の石碑でした。周囲には他にも歌碑や神社がありますので、城山近辺をゆっくり散策するのはいいかもしれません。

城山でのお花見の時に見ました。文学にはあまり知識がないので、井上康文って方のことはよくわかりませんでしたが、明治時代の詩人だそうです。ここからちょっと歩くと、北原白秋さんの歌碑もあります。（さすがに北原白秋さんは知ってますよ）

井上康文さんとは、明治時代の小田原出身の詩人で、「民衆詩人」と呼ばれたそうです。場所は、城山の小田原高校の西、慰霊碑のある公園の北側の小道沿いです。近くには小田原城の遺構が残っているエリアもありますので、散策には最適な場所です。（不勉強のため、この記念碑を見るまで、井上康文さんのことを全く知りませんでした。
注）地図に示される所在地の場所ですが、ちょっと南にずれています。場所は慰霊碑のある公園の北側の小道沿いです。ご注意ください。
