The view was nice even on a cloudy day. Elevators to go up and down. Except to the outside observatory area. Only stairs to that area. You can’t only buy tickets to the garden you have to also buy tickets for the garden. So ¥700 about $7 so not bad at all. The garden is really nice too. Good photo ops.

Beautiful sight and must do. Easy to park at beginning of island, fun garden path walk through the temples, and the gardens and sea candle were beautiful and well kept. Plenty of bathrooms and places to snack!

If you can get a clear day you can see Tokyo sky tree and mt fuji from this tower. 360 degree views of the bay and the gardens below. Worth the 800 yen for sure

The temples, the Sea Candle, and the land around on this island are worth the trip. Walk up or pay about 7 USD for escalator access, the views and sights are great.

We went there during a Hawaiian festival so we get to see lots of performers and chill music as we waited in line to go up the Sea candle, waited 20min. The view up there is amazing of course! The structure is 7 stories high but is also at the peak of the hill; it feels so nice since you work to get there taking so many steps up! It’s a must if you go to Enoshima Island

It's a light house tower on Enoshima island. It's a nice 360 deg sea view form the roof top of the tower. Good place to see if you are at Enoshima island.

Go in the afternoon, walk to the caves then make your way up to the viewing platform for sunset. Candle and gardens cost 700yen. Otherwise, buy a 1000yen ticket that includes the elevator ride to the Sea Candle. Go up the Candle, take in the views and when you hear the "illumination" announcement (in japanese) move to the front where you can see the gardens. Then wait for the countdown before the lights are switched on. Masses of led lights!!!

The day I visited the place is not a good day to visit, granted not as much people queuing for entry to the place. However, as it's been drizzling and raining the entire day - the view from the observation deck is obstructed by the gloomy skies and falling raindrops. I can't see Mt. Fuji at all, but the shots taken of the port nearby is pretty enough. Moreover, the route taken to the Sea Candle through the Samuel Cocking Garden is fantastic - all the flowers are blooming prettily. Would have love for the weather to be good, but as it is raining quite heavily that day - I missed out on the chance to take photos for a great deal of the place.

View was alright, but not the best. Long wait and high price make me want to skip it next time. Only go if the weather is nice.

Visited this place yesterday during a trip around the area.
A great spot for a romantic moment.
Buy the escalator pass if you don't want to climb the stairs.
