While doing a walking tour, I visited this water shrine, the road is clearly marked the way to the water shrine. Take a few steps more and beautiful view from the bridge.

Bonus Sights whilst visiting Gujo Hachiman. Don't just look at the shrine - take a few steps more and awe at the views on both sides of the river.

Beautiful. The clearest water ever. The walk to Sogisui is short and once there you will enjoy the fresh taste. Walk a bit further and you will have a great view of the river.

Tourist books said that the three-eyed well showcased the wisdom of local people in utilizing limited water resources. However, I was really confused while seeing the well because it was exactly the same as what I saw in Lijiang, Yunnan, a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage....More
