Covid Update: We are open and you don't have to pre book! We are open everyday 10am until 5pm. Home Farm Attingham is a working farm open to the public. As well as being able to look around the historic farm and see its animals, visitors are able to visit the tearooms and try our home made cakes. We have a fullwood Merlin 225 robotic milking machine that milks our Organic Jersey cows when ever they want to!

Well worth a visit
Sep 2021 • Family
We had a brilliant afternoon here, our little boy loved seeing the animals up close and being able to feed them. The cake was amazing and the nature walk was a nice extra.
We’ll definitely be coming again!

Lovely Afternoon
Sep 2021 • Family
Visited on Sunday 20th September, beautiful little farm, we loved it.
My children said the cakes were the best they have ever had and the lady in the cafe was kind enough to share her recipes with my daughter.
Such a lovely afternoon spent here.
Highly recommend a visit.
Thank you so much x

A lovely few hours
Apr 2021 • Family
A lovely farm with sheep, cows, ponies and a goat to feed and stroke, as well as geese, roosters etc.
The farm isn't too big, meaning my young toddler could walk around without getting too tired.
You can purchase animal food at the entrance to feed the animals.

There is a little play area with a few slides and some swings.
The little cafe is well priced and the food was tasty - especially the cakes!

A very reasonable entry fee for a nice few hours.
We'll definitely visit again.

My only 'negative' was that the entrance to the actual farm wasn't particularly obvious.

Fantastic fully working farm - little ones will love it!
Oct 2020
This is a fantastic place that does not suffer from being too much of an 'animal park'. It's a working farm and that's its real charm. You are met with a very pleasant welcome and Mr Dixon, who runs the farm came to help us find our way and was a pleasure to meet. The family obviously love what they do. There are lots of farm animals to see in their normal settings and you can get a bag of feed and feed them if you wish. There are paddocks with ponies, sheep, cattle to wander around and the animals respond so well to people - they are obviously used to them. I though our two year old would be too young but he loved it! Animals to get up close to and lots of mud and puddles to play in! There is a nature walk through the woods too as well as a children's play area. They also serve snacks and drinks and the children seemed to love eating outside in the barn. Now, this is not a posh, shiny, modern looking place - and that is its charm! Some bits look very old and dated but this in many ways just adds to the experience. My son loved playing with some old wooden puzzles - no video screens in sight - great! The freedom to wander around is wonderful - you just feel as if you are invited into someone's home - I guess that is what it is exactly! At £4 for adults it is really good value and I can see us returning with the little one time and time again. A few tips - parking is on the grass and be prepared for this. Dress up warm and wear boots - farms are muddy! Make sure you know where the car entrance is before you go - it is not very clear but you will find it! Currently there are plenty of covid safe elements and there is a hand and boot wash too as you leave. If your kids don't love this place and you feel charmed by it then something must be wrong! We had a wonderful time!

Perfect for tots
Aug 2020 • Family
Lovely little attraction, and very reasonably priced. My 2 year old enjoyed seeing the farm animals up close, I was fascinated by the robotic milking machine!

Felt very safe with wide walkways, a one way system and plenty of hand sanitising stations, plus a hand wash station near the entrance/exit. Wheel wash station for prams as well - brilliant idea.

Really friendly staff/owners and the (generous portion of) cake was fantastic!

Will definitely return.

Great Sunday afternoon out
Aug 2020 • Family
We visited here this Sunday just passed - last minute decision and it was a good choice. Fantastic choice of farm animals and very clear well appointed one way system in place. Nice the children could feed too. Super rural attraction which I highly recommend for families.

Lovely staff. Great for kids.
Aug 2019
This is a great place to go with kids.It is reasonably priced, you can feed the animals, and there is an area with loads of toy cars etc for the children to play in. Our young grandchildren love it here. The staff are lovely and the cakes in the cafe are wonderful - so much nicer than the ones at Attingham Park next door ( twice as good and about half the price!)
