We found parts of the Great Wall along a back road. The nice thing is there is no gimmicky tourist site around it! It is just there with a marker. Not much left to see, but it is down a quiet back road. Great to...More

This part of the wall is not the best to visit. But of you are around and have some spare time, go ahead and have a look.

Gives you a totally different mindset of the great wall images seen in the Beijing visit. Its been constructed during the Ming Dynasty and its just mud walls now and you will shocked to see a mud great wall
