Wide collection of unusual wooden carvings, skillfully done. But place feels deserted. On the bright side nobody pushes to buy in fact it was difficult to find staff to pay for my souvenirs.

While in Omaruru make sure you stop at the Tikoloshe art gallery. They are known for their ingenious wooden carving art with parts of the wood kept unmachined. Unique!

This is a fantastic shopping stop, many of the sculptures and carvings are made by local artisans. Excellent selection of area crafts and one of a kind works of art
