I had booked the army truck and fire engine driving at the end of October 2020. A fantastic experience of driving these vehicles, with a knowledgable instructor taking you around talking about the vehicles and their history. On the day we paid to do the passenger ride in the tank, which was really good fun and excellent value for money for myself and the rest of the family to do. Overall really recommend the whole thing and will be booking again soon.

We were made very welcome, a few family members watched and filmed, two rode in the back and I had a blast driving the tank. The instructor was great and I would thoroughly recommend the experience.

A friend gave me the tank driving experience as a birthday gift. One of the best gifts I’ve ever been given! The entire experience was fabulous from start to finish. To take control of that beauty was an adrenaline rush I can hardly put into words. To say I haven’t felt “that alive” for months, is an understatement. The guys and instructor were great! 10/10 and not one fault or complaint. In fact, I’m looking into booking the fire engine next. Seriously, if you want a fabulous experience, you won’t be disappointed!

We had a great trip which had been delayed by Covid. It was their first proper day opening so was quite busy. All Covid 19 precautions in place so no worries on that score. It is a very open and windswept aerodrome so tbh I don't think there is any significant risk! There are no indoor areas. Also no refreshments etc at this current time (there are some loos in a building on the other side of the field!) I bought a 2 vehicle experience plus tank passenger ride for my husband's birthday and although that particular combo was no longer available, they were happy to honour it. Simon and his team were very welcoming and made it all fun. For an extra £20 I could join in the tank and fire engine rides, which was great. The fire engine drive is more of a large vehicle handling experience, rather than a racing around with all the lights flashing job, but was still good fun. The tank ride is quite exciting with a lot of bouncing up and down! Might go back to have a drive of it! Some of the site is still not quite open, but their racing cars were also back to operating. For 3 vehicle s, we were there about 1.5 hours
