Went here to watch the latest Bond Film. The service was good and the prices were reasonable. The staff were very helpful (particularly advising us about the limited parking time in the adjacent car park - we ended up moving our car to save a considerable £80 fine if the three hour time limit was exceeded). The chairs were comfortable and a good choice of films.

Plenty of screens with comfortable seating. Great vale for money for food/drinks area In the lobby area (never used as pricey). Staff friendly and helpful. Make sure you know the rules on parking in the multi-storey carpark

Went to see Avatar, Great Movie. but this was spoilt because we got a parking ticket. The reason we got a parking ticket was the car park ticket given to us by Vue was already used and not excepted by the number plate recognition ticket machine. We had no way of by passing the system to pay either and the machine said we had over stayed our two hours when we should have had 3 hours from Vue and it was Sunday so that would have covered up to the the no parking charge time of 7pm. The cinema needs to sort this issue out. We wont be going again.

I loath Vue Cinemas but I have to go because I get free vouchers with my bank account. Otherwise I wouldn't touch them with my worst enemy's bargepole. I would never dream of spending real actual money there. I dislike Vue Cinemas because buying a ticket is a miserable soul destroying experience. The reason for this is that the same person who sells the ticket prepares any refreshments. So after someone says they want a ticket, and after they've spent a few minutes pondering which seat they'd like, only then does the droid go off to make the tea or coffee or pepsi or grot-dog. But tonight they excelled themselves . Oh yes, tonight they were Olympic standard. As the couple in front of me chose their seats I could see on the screen that there were quite a number of seats left. He then went off to make their teas and coffees. Eventually he returned, noticeably aged, and it was my turn. He scanned my voucher. "Erm...I think we've sold out." I asked him if he'd care to make up his mind one way or the other. "Yes, we've definately sold out." "But you've scanned my ticket, I won't be able to use it again." A look of blank incomprehension. So to summarise, I didn't get to see my film but it cost me a voucher anyway. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!

Called in to watch the latest bond film, only to see a sign informing me that as the film is long the parking will exceed the 3hr limit.
It also recommended you park elsewhere, which I did not have time for.
I know Vue do not own the car park but the only reason I use this cinema as it is very convenient.
I will have to use Cineworld from now on.

The stupidity of queuing behind people for 20 minutes buying all sorts of disgusting and unhealthy food to take into the film and then finding out that the performance you wanted to see is sold out is mind-blowing. When added to the restrictive parking (£80 fine if you stay over 3 hours) it makes for a very unpleasant and stressful experience. There are better things to do - try boiling your head for instance. Don't go.

Similar to other reviews, parking information misleading in both car park AND repeated in cinema. 3hr limit described as applicable until 19:00. What wasnt made clear is this is dependent on an ARRIVAL time after 19:00. £Fine on the way... spoiled what was otherwise a pleasant evening and a great film. Other cinemas are available with straightforward parking, give this one a miss.

Bicester vue venue really good, however carparking fine of £80 completely unacceptable. Signs not clear, lots of other bicester vue customers caught out after watching new James bond film. Bicester Vue need to address this problem quickly. People are trying to support cinema and towns. The signs in the cinema are not visible when busy with people. Lots of customers being caught. Shows it is not clear.

Replace the Management. They are utter cretins that couldn’t run a bath, Let alone a venue. Totally useless and incompetent.
I thought cinemas were trying to get people back; not tHese guys.
Do yourself a favour and give this place a wide berth.
They deserve to go under and hopefully they will very soon.
Hopefully the useless stuff will join them in going under too.
Wish I could give minus stars. They certainly don’t deserve one star.
