This beach rightly gets accolades for its attractive shape and the stunning views. Great to visit out of season - and to get photos with no-one else present.

the swimming experience was just terrible. the water is muddy, nothing to compare to what we expected from the photos we had seen. just avoid this beach and go to other beautiful beaches of the area.

Unimaginably beautiful beach and equally stunning surroundings. Nestor’s mythical palace is visible from the beach and is a brisk 45 minute uphill climb to explore the marvellous ruins. One can only imagine if services were permitted what a world class beach this would be. Unfortunately...More

We visited this beach at the end of the afternoon - when we arrived it was incredibly busy but thankfully as the day drew to a close most folk left. There were possibly about thirty of us left for sunset and it was peaceful. Sadly...More

We were taken to this beach by local friends one a bright sunny September afternoon and boy was this one of my most memorable beach outings! The beach is in a sort of lagoon which makes the water very calm and shallow for a fairly...More

Vanessa it's about 15 minutes by car from Pylos. You'd either have to take a taxi and have them return to pick you up, which is costly, or rent a motorbike.
