Excellent sandy beach which was uncrowded even at half term! Great for boarding / surfing and usual seaside activities with car park, loos, surf shop as well as several cafe's, pubs and restaurants / takeaways right next door.

Really great beach. Sandy, rock pools, caves to explore and loads of places nearby to eat or have a coffee. Paid for parking with plenty of free on street parking available up the hill. WC’s nearby. Dog friendly October to Easter.

Nice beach, not crowded. No dogs between 7.am and 7.pm. There is a beach cafe, and an ice cream kiosk. Parking just above the beach.

Small, clean, easily accessible, close to cafe, ice cream shack, car park, clear water, seats for taking in the sea view. Would be crowded but good on a sunny day

Great beach in a lovely little town stop at the cafe and enjoy good no fuss food while you watch the waves roll in.

Really great beach for an active 2 year old. And the icing on the cake was the lovely lady in the Kelly’s ice cream kiosk who produced a small chocolate ice cream cone fo Joshua for 50p

Dogs are banned from 7am to 7pm but if you go up the road to Godrevy you can walk them any time on the far beach which looks across the bay to St. Ives. And it’s gorgeous!

Yes this is a sandcastle beach, there are some pebbles but few & far between, a few pebbles look good put on the side of sandcastles so that's a bonus.☺☺

Yep. In fact they have a big sandcastle building competition here in August usually.
