Have rented skis here on and off for years when there's powder. Have found staff friendly, knowledgable and fun. They're willing to call around to get the right skis for a short person who wants demos! Kudos to the Midvale locations!

We were the last customers of the night, coming to rent skis for our birthday ski trip. They were all so nice and very kid back. Helped us get fitted and get everything we needed for our little adventure! Would highly recommend this place.

This was a perfect place to rent our ski's since we stayed in Midvale and skied in Alta/Snowbird. We reserved our ski packages prior to going which made it easier since everything was filled out, plus we received a discount. We went there the evening before we went skiing and had some really good help with the guys behind the counter. Sadly, there was not a ton of snow but lucky for us the place was not busy.....we went the week after NYE. For me and my two boys (16 and 21) it took about 30 minutes or less. I would definitely go here again.…

We rented skis online ahead of time from the SkiNSee website. I noticed, but didn't pay too much attention at checkout time, but ARCS shows up along side SkiNSee at the end. Apparently, they are "sister companies" and as it turns out, located within a mile of each other on Fort Union Blvd. We went to Ski N See first, as we needed to rent some bibs earlier than expected. The store is small and the staff really was not interested. I tried to explain my original online order, but they quite frankly didn't listen. -- Later that day, we stopped into the ARCS store on a whim... The store was much larger, neat, and the staff was ENGAGED with the customers! They were awesome. When they told us about their relationship with the Ski N See store, and that we could pick up our skis there, and then return everything, including the clothes at that location, we were thrilled. The staff took time with my kids and really helped them with fittings and just general friendliness... especially to a bunch of out-of-towners from the South. I will definitely return to the ARCS store. I would have posted this review under that name if I could have found it. Just know it is also on Fort Union, just closer to the mountain. -- ARCS ROCKS!! (Ski N See could take some lesson from them.)…
