Lovely & tranquil
Feb 2018 • Friends
A pleasant walk from the car park & toilets and you’re standing above Nant y Fall as it works its way through the gorge.

A series of waterfalls with a fantastic view of Gorsedd y Cwmwl and other peaks and the plains of Cwm Hyfryd.

Truly lovely and a place for the soul to seek solace - lle i’r enaid gael llonydd.

Easily accessible falls with good views of the valley below and the Andes in the distance - easy to see in less than an hour

"Falls Creek" One of the most beautiful areas close to Trevelin
Mar 2014 • Friends
The three falls are located a short distance from the city. It is a beautiful drive going towards the transitional area, not yet the steppe but not the proper Andean mountains. The pristine water from the "Nant Y Fall" (from Welsh, "Falls' Creek") comes down at three places, a gorgeous view from each one of them. It is a short walk through a very pleasant transitional forest. You can combine this with visiting the Nant Fach mill. Both places are quite nice and close to one another.

Well worth the journey on unpaved roads. Wonderful, breathtaking views of the falls and surounding countryside.

Peaceful and relaxing
These falls are just off the very dusty and bumpy road that you takes you from Trevelin to the border of Chile and it was well worth the stop off. Very tranquil with a number of steams/falls and woodland walks. Buy some empanadas in Trevelin and come here for a picnic - also travel a few miles further and you will come to a lovely old flor mill - well worth the effort.
