Every word of the tour's description is 100% truthful. "The longest zipline in the area – over 2300 ft! Zip through eight lines, between trees and over the canopy level of the trees, using double cable, witnessing the stunning rainforest scenery."
However I wasn't clear to me from that, that the "8 zip lines" are 8 independent lines of varying lengths and heights.
Each of the first 6 lines are progressively longer and higher than the last, crossing back and forth over the parking lot. The last two were above trees.
Having not understood that the lines are not connected I was surprised that at the beginning of each line, you have to climb up to the starting point on one tower, zip the 2 seconds to the end, unhook, climb down the base tower, walk across the lot to the same starting tower, then climb up to the next higher level, directly above the first. I'm not in the best shape for 55, so the climb, each time higher, and longer, was intense.
It was fun, for what it was. The staff were great!! Don't forget to TIP!!!
