Since the first second you are on the Zipline Park, you are greeted very kindly. Once everyone got into their equipment, it we were constantly filled with confidence being told "you can do this." After finishing the smaller zipline course, it was time for the big one. The instructors would tell us about places in Puerto Rico they recommended as well as joking with their students. It was an amazing time and the views seen while ziplining were gorgeous! I definitely think that if you can afford to go, you should!

Fun zipline experience. My 13 year old and I had a great time.

The first few zip lines are fairly tame, though its worth noting that you need to climb some very steep stairs up the towers, in case you have younger kids.

The last 2 zip lines are great. You fly through the rainforest canopy on the last two zips which are truly amazing. Makes the first 4 tame ones totally worth it.

Guides did a great job and we felt quite safe. It’s very expensive and goes faster than i expected. Recommend they add another long zip line here to compete with other similar attractions.

Easy ride from Rio Grande and 5 min from the El Yunque entrance. Recommended!

My family and I had never zip lined before so we were a little nervous. We had such a great experience! The multiple lines, gradually increasing height and length eased any apprehension we had. And the final 2 ziplines through the foothills of the rain forest were incredible! All the people who worked there were so helpful! We would highly recommend this zipline park!

First, I would like to say the staff is amazing. I had no issues with the check in process and they all did a great job ensuring we were safe. That being said, this is not worth nearly $120 a person after taxes and fees. They have 6 “easy” lines that really should be part of a kid’s carnival. The last two lines are what you’re paying for - they are 70x longer than the first 6 lines. However, I would advise looking for another company that offers more than just 2 real lines as this is extremely overpriced for what you’re actually getting.

Pretty disappointed.

Our family of 5-mom dad and 3 teenage boys really enjoyed our experience here during a recent visit to the el yunque rainforest in PR. The crew was friendly but very focused on safety and making sure everyone had fun. Mom was very nervous about the heights and the speed of the lines and the staff did a great job in calming her fears and encouraging her through the whole tour. The first group of lines is all about building confidence as each one goes a little higher and faster. The last 2 lines out over the jungle are spectacular. Highly recommend.

I would say it a must-do if you are visiting Puerto Rico. We were a bit nervous at first but by the end of the eight zip lines we felt pretty confident. The views of the rainforest and the glimpse of the ocean while you zip line made it all worth getting over the bit of nerves. We did arrive about 15 mins late but called in advance and they were able to hold or reservation. I’m truly thankful for how patient the staff was although the experience.

Every word of the tour's description is 100% truthful. "The longest zipline in the area – over 2300 ft! Zip through eight lines, between trees and over the canopy level of the trees, using double cable, witnessing the stunning rainforest scenery."

However I wasn't clear to me from that, that the "8 zip lines" are 8 independent lines of varying lengths and heights.
Each of the first 6 lines are progressively longer and higher than the last, crossing back and forth over the parking lot. The last two were above trees.

Having not understood that the lines are not connected I was surprised that at the beginning of each line, you have to climb up to the starting point on one tower, zip the 2 seconds to the end, unhook, climb down the base tower, walk across the lot to the same starting tower, then climb up to the next higher level, directly above the first. I'm not in the best shape for 55, so the climb, each time higher, and longer, was intense.

It was fun, for what it was. The staff were great!! Don't forget to TIP!!!

As often as I travel it's crazy to think I never tried ziplining, so it was only right we try it out while celebrating my sister's birthday. I honestly don't feel 5 stars is enough for the experience we had. I would give 10 stars if I could. First off, we got lost on the way there (40 min drive). We called and literally were assisted to ensure we made it there and that we taken the correct exit. We finally happen to get there but only about 8 min late. Just in the nick of time to put on our protective gear. We actually saved time because while everyone was signing waivers, we had already signed ours online which worked in our favor. The young ladies at the front desk were so helpful and ALL and YES I MEAN ALL of the staff at each zipline station made the experience so much fun. I can't believe it, from the minute we walked in to the minute we laughed was such a memorable experience! They had great jokes for those who were a little scared of heights and they made sure to put safety first. They staff eventually became like family because of how much we all laughed and all shared great stories on our travels and experiences. Nothing less is expected from the people of Puerto Rico, such loving & generous people. I will always bring my friends and family to try out the experience every time I visit PR. It was so much fun! You all won't be disappointed.

The staff were very professional and they explained the safety rules, zipline process while keeping the experience fun to enjoy. I also liked the fact that they were very gentle, patient and understanding when a young boy had fears going up the stairs to one of the ziplines. I felt they made sure that the young boy felt safe and comfortable to include his parents. I would return again and I have already recommended the company to several friends and colleagues who will be attending a conference in PR in July 2020. Kudos to your staff who made my first zipline experience fun and safe. Titi lily.

From the moment you walk in you are greeted by a very nice team. They set you up with the equipment and everything is explained very easily. When you get to the first platform there again you are greeted by a very knowledgeable person who immediately puts you at ease. It was a thrilling experience that I always wanted to do and this team made it relaxing and fun.
