First time zipline and it was great! Best thing was definitely the view and very nice staff! Great opportunity to enjoy the forest from above. You are able to take pictures and videos in some of the zipline's. Once you arrive it is very fluent no waiting around. Great experience overall!

We had an AWESOME time! The guides were great! They were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. They made the experience even greater than we had thought. Would highly recommend them!

This was an awesome experience. It started off with Ruben picking us up at the hotel and taking us to the Zip Line site. Boy, he was a wealth of information. Addressing questions about Puerto Rico’s economy, his own home town, everything you needed to know about the Rain Forest – just amazing super nice guy. Highly recommend him –... More

My first time to do ziplining and I am scared of heights. I wanted to do it with my daughter and I did. Staff were very professional and well trained and experienced. I almost lost my scare of heights after the event. I did stiffen up a little on one of the smaller lines but did good on the longest... More

I had a great time from the start. The person who picked us up Anthony from our hotel gave us a history lesson on PR which was educational and informative. Everyone at the zip lining site was so nice and made sure we felt safe and were having fun. We were able to leave our bags in the office and... More

This was a very well run zip line outfit with excellent guides and fun zip lines. It is on the outskirts of the rainforest so you are not going over waterfalls or anything but the views are nice. They start you off with some short lines to get you ready and there are two long and beautiful lines at the... More

We had an awesome experience. None of us had been before. I am over sixty and the teenagers afraid of heights. The staff was very knowledgeable, safety first and fun. We all will be back. Highly recommend this company.

The instructors are very good with kids and even providing special attention to those who need extra assistance. My 7 year old went by herself and they made sure to keep an eye on her and make sure she was safe! It's a little pricey, but she was ziplining for almost 2 hours throughout the rainforest so it's worth it!

Rainforest Zipline Park is awesome! We've done lots of ropes courses with ziplines, but this was our first time at a zipline-only park. There were four of us, ranging from 12yo to (ahem) 54yo, and everyone had a great time. There are eight zip lines, and you work your way through them from the shortest/easiest to the longest (#7) and... More

Customer service is the best, once you get over your fears of doing it you will have a blast... They make you feel safe and provide water throughout the experience. They start you off with a few warm up ziplining experiences before you do the ones that 1500 to 2500 feet. There is also a bit of hiking involved so... More
