Excellent 9 hole golf course with stunning views of the coast. The course is very challenging with some tricky holes. It’s also quite challenging physically and I don’t think buggies are available. So a decent level of fitness is required. It’s also a very friendly club that makes visitors very welcome. I’ve played here quite a few times now and I thoroughly recommend it.

Very enjoyable!

We were staying nearby and remembered visiting the beautiful Warkworth Beach and seeing the golf course on a previous visit. It was lunchtime and there were signs for The Galley restaurant by the beach. We drove up and parked by the clubhouse. Everyone was very welcoming and there was a good choice of food. We really only required a sandwich and had a bowl of chips between us, all of which which were excellent. All of the staff were so obliging and pleasant, a wonderful trait in Northumberland! Will look forward to visiting again when we are in the area.

Visited on Sunday 19th July. A great find.
Nice and quiet, and served by pleasant and attentive staff who gave great service.
Prices are really good as well, both food, and drink.
We don't play golf, called in after a nice beach walk. We sat outside, great views ofvthe course and out to sea.
Try the place, you won't be dissapointed......

An old time links course which is what you need to improve your game . A great place in winter . Warkworth is one of the country’s top dog friendly places nice dogs everywhere but not the course . £ 5 for a dog or membership ?

Can't beat this for a great experience. A lovely location with the ocean nearby. The course is quite an enjoyable challenge. However, if the golf beats you, there's always the views. Great reception at the clubhouse with excellent food.

Turned up at Warkworth today had a great round with my son in law & grandchildren until the 9th tee when a gentleman I use the term lightly informed me we were not dressed correctly we were sharing clubs & we had 5 in our group which were all correct but considering my grandchildren are 11 10 & 9 I feel that with this sort of attitude is there any wonder golf clubs are struggling , we played the day before and the young lady could not have been more helpful , so a big shame as we will not be going back found the 2 clubs in alnmouth so much more.friendly

Lovely little course!

I played this course thinking that as most courses around are shut or very wet, that this would also be wet/ heavy. The course was in brilliant condition! It’s only £10 for 18 holes, £8 for 9, you play 9 holes twice but the second 9 are from different tee boxes which strangely give the back 9 a totally different feel to the front. Greens and fairways were lovely and views exceptional! Very friendly staff and locals on the course. No need to book a tee, just rock up and play! I will be back!!! 👍🏻⛳️🏌️‍♀️
