This is a stunning place to view the country from the Downs - helps if you have a clear day.If you're really keen, you could cycle.

We passed Ditchling Beacon on the fifth day of six walking along the South Downs Way. One of the several high points of the sunny day, affording great views in every direction.

We walked to Mount Harry beacon having a picnic on the way. It was very windy. I needed a hat. It was fairly flat just small hills.

If you're near this amazing viewpoint go see it! We enjoyed a couple of hours here and loved it. There are loads of walks from here and although we didn't go far, the views were stunning. There's a reasonable amount of parking (payable, of course!)...More
