A lovely short walk through the cooler heights on the range. A nice relief on a hot day!! A little hazy on our visit but on a clear day i'm sure the view would be outstanding!

There's a reason this is called the best of all lookout. The walking path is short, maybe 10 minutes, when you get there the view is breathtaking. This is a must see.

On a clear day, the views from here are stupendous. It might not be the absolutely best view in the area, there are better ones tucked away on trails around Binna Burra and Springbrook, but in terms of extent, and being able to appreciate the...More

A definite must see on your itinerary to Springbrook National Park. Easily accessible and a short walk makes it good for all ages.

It's quite eerie to walk 350 metres down in a gradually-sloping, tarred path through rainforest with severely moss-covered trees to arrive at the lookout. Unfortunately the mists arrived just as we did so the view was not observable so I can only say that it's...More

Car park was quite full on a fine Tuesday at the start of the school holidays. The view from the lookout is spectacular on a fine day.

Simply drive up and park only 350m from this world-class lookout. On the short walk you’ll also be lucky enough to see some ancient trees, truly special. A breathtaking view of the coast and its surrounds, on a clear day able to see all the...More

Park car in car park and then walk to lookout. Short, pretty walk to lookout. Small viewing area with beautiful views. Choose the right weather to go. We went on a winters sunny day. Walk was very cold so you will need a jacket but...More

I am unsure but most of the park is said to be not for pets on website so i assume this is also not pet friendly. Did not see anyone with pets too.
