I visit this Shri Bhakta Hanuman Temple on the way to Nuwara Eliya and it looks like newly built temple. View from the temple is a mountain range and locals saying that at it shaped like hanuman (sleeping possession)

Hanuman Temple in Nuwara Eliya amidst the tea plantation hills has a breath taking views of lake and beautiful forest area. I loved the scenic beauty and the climate that changes in fraction of seconds but still its definetly recommended spots to visit.

Roads reach to about as near as the temple but the last 50 stairs surely need to be climbed, no alternative to that. So I would suggest to avoid it for the person with disability.
