I took a tour of Hobbiton from Rotorua. When I reached there, I really felt like being on JRR Tolkien’s world of hobbits. They have maintained hobbit holes pretty well. The guides know almost everything about the LOTR & Tolkien. Very authentic experience. I took...More

Loved it, was one of the highlights of our trip to New Zealand. It feels so real, it's as if it's always been there, that Hobbiton is a small village from 100's of years ago nestled into the hills. The way the buildings are positioned...More

Interesting and entertaining though best suited to real Hobbit fans, as opposed to Lord of the Rings fans. Lunch was beautiful but very rushed with dessert rushed and no time for coffee.
