I am particularly surprised that you didn’t know that the tour doesn’t include private guiding services. I would like to remind you that you have picked and purchased a ready-made tour package from a wide variety of packages available on our website. The client is free to choose us or any company he or she wishes if they believe they would be served better. The inclusions and exclusions are clearly listed. We have a tailor-made section where you can request a tailor made program. In this case your itinerary will be tailored to your specifications and requirements. Again, you have chosen a ready-made program with clear information on the inclusions and exclusions. We found your review inaccurate and misleading as a view for other visitors. I can state that we are rated the highest for responsiveness, informational support, friendliness and excellent customer service. Thankfully, the vast majority of our guests, are wonderful and we welcome many of them back again and again.
