The Bund, it a great place to walk and/or run. Very pleasant, indeed. The views in both sides of the river are awesome.

Impressive views of the city during the day but even more amazing at night. Took a boat ride on the river and was mesmerized by all the lights on the buildings, reflecting off the water.

Of course the Bund is impressive when it’s dark, but you should really visit in the early hours of the day just for the nice and calm atmosphere!

A must see & if you have time to return at night, the river cruise is awsome, so many buildings lit up like Christmas trees!

This is in the banks of Huangpu river. Very good view of Shanghai city. This was the oldest international settlement and you find a lot of heritage buildings fro the European era. Plenty of flowers every where, decorated for the 70th Chinese National day.

very nice place to see the beauty skyline of Shanghai and to feel the relaxed part of the huge and hectic city, but worthwhile little crowded for a visit

Went here in the day and the evening. Very photogenic. This was full of tourists but the evening during the light show was packed.

It's just a lot of building with a lot of lights on them. For free this would have been good value, for £61, it wasn't.

A trip to Shanghai without visiting the Bund would be akin to travelling to Paris without seeing the Eiffel Tower, or visiting Australia and missing out on the view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House. The Bund is a fantastic place to sightsee...More
