We stayed at Casado Brancas so walked along here at least once a day. The walk is clean and tidy. Wonderful view
The Orla Bardot Boardwalk is a nice boardwalk to stroll and look at the port, the seashore the shops and cafes and two statues. Not very crowded when we were there.
It is just a small boulevard with a statue of ms Bardot on it. 3 fisherman's in water statue and 1 of an old president of Brasil. Owh on this boulevard there are restaurant and a large empty disco called 'privilege'
On a nice evening, this is a great place to visit. Lots to see and do here. The view is spectacular. Walk one end to the other, about 30 mins. Bars and restaurants to visit. Stop and take a photo with Bridget. Shes always there..
Far better than Rua Das Pedras. A romantic walk during the day or night. Lots of options for drinking and eating. It is sad that the local government does not seem to have a clue on how to help the businesses and boost the turistic economy. Lots of places going out of business…
