“If you're walking by, it's worth a visit”
If you are in downtown Curitiba doing whatever, and like old churches, go check this one out, it's really beautiful inside. It's near Largo da Ordem, a place that has other interesting churches and some of the city's oldest buildings.
This is a nice Cathedral in the centre of the city. It looks good lit up at night. Inside is OK. You can walk in any time during the day. There was a church first on this site in 1693. Located in Praca Tiradentes in the city centre area.
It was a pleasure to visit this church. Especially if you are Polish you should definitelly come and see the sculpture of our Pope John Paul II. It was touching experience <3
The Cathedral at Praça Tirandentes in Curitiba is lovely and soothing, as churches usually are. It is too bad it is surrounded by a busy street on one side, with buses, and a number of vagrants who harass you for money.
Don´t miss, located in the Marco Zero (center of Curitiba) Praça Tiradentes, is a very beautiful church and the most important of Curitiba. Went recently through a reshape!
