The museum costs 21000 cop and has little to nothing to offer for someone who's not good enough in Spanish to read all the posters. The very few English translations seem to be created rather by google translate then by an actual human. Spare your money and time by avoiding this…
If you have the time and can read Spanish then here is worth looking at, as most of the exhibits are in Spanish. It will give you a feel of the historical aspects to the city and its transition throughout its history particularly the inquisition
