This is a must see place if your in Vientiene. We spent a good few hours here walking round the park and looking at all the amazing Buddhas. Entry is cheap 15000kip. It’s very easy to get to, do not take a tour that cost...More

We rent a car and went there for the morning time. Definitely a sight to see to say the min. The buddha park has a heavy belief on the snake gods or prophets. If you come to Vientiane, its a must see park

Build in the 50ties all concrete sculptures of which most need restoration. You can spend an hour or so walking the park but is not that big. They are expanding and making it more an attraction to accomodate large groups.

We concerned Laos to discover the place and this was really less hot than expected. Such an incredible collection of statues in a rich green setting. Go before long before the busses arrive.

Out of town, but worth a visit if you’ve seen everything else in Vientiane. Cheapest way to get there is via Bus 14 from the Central Bus Station. 8000 kip each way, taking around 40 minutes. (Or buy an expensive packaged tour). Park comprises lots...More

It may be a little difficult to get here but I found it worth it. The entrance fee is a bit above the normal but that's fine. The buddha park stretched for a good while and it was really interesting to explore all the Buddha's....More

Not for any historical value. If you are here for nice pictures it is still worth a visit. Public bus service is available though it does take a long time to arrive.
