Just done a weeks Wildlife and Wilderness Tour. Absolutely fantastic. Our own personal guide and driver who was terrific in every way. Wonderful way to get to know this special island. Cannot begin to say how much we enjoyed the whole trip.

We had the true misfortune of having our hotel in Hobart book us with Premier Travel Tasmania. Their execution was not very poor but inflexible and borderline antagonistic. We were booked by our hotel for two consecutive days of touring with specific separate spots on both

Dear Guest, Firstly, I would like to thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your travels with Premier Travel Tasmania and we are very sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy your time with us. We take all feedback very seriously and it is through feedback that we are able to improve our services. We have taken a few days to reply to your review as we wanted to talk to our guide and other parties involved to ensure we have all the relevant information in relation to your private touring. We work closely with our industry partners such as your hotel to make sure the tours booked through them meet the needs of our guests and with private touring we will always do our best to make changes on the day where possible. Your itinerary was confirmed months in advance as you mention with full details of each day provided. On your request, as it was passed onto us through the third party, we planned the shorter of the two days for your first day and the longer day on the second day to best meet your needs. Port Arthur is a minimum one-and-a-half-hour drive from Hobart and to provide the best experience of the historic site and the Tasman Peninsula, this day was planned around a full day private touring, including entry to the site, taking in geological features and lunch. We provided a full written itinerary and our explanations well in advance and we did not receive any feedback to say that the itinerary did not meet your expectations. We are extremely alarmed and disappointed by your statement that we are fully inflexible. On the first day of touring, once we were made aware that you were not happy with your itinerary, we immediately made the necessary changes to best meet your needs and we were also able to accommodate your requests at short notice. Last minute changes can take a little bit of time especially as we rely on our local suppliers to change bookings if needed, often with cancellation fees. We changed all components of the tour as requested by you and we were also able to waive all of the supplier cancellation fees due to our close partnership with them. Unfortunately, due to bad weather we were unable to tour Mt Wellington, but even if it had been clear weather we would have had to change this due to extreme flooding in Hobart a few days prior to the tour date which closed all access roads to Mt Wellington. We do state in our itineraries that small program changes due to unforeseen circumstances which are out of our control, can occur. Upon completion of the tour, our guide mentioned that you were happy with the changes that we made and in particular that you enjoyed your day. To hear your negative feedback is surprising. We pride ourselves on the highest level of customer service and sincerely pass on our apologies that your expectations were not met when in Tasmania. We are confident we can cater to your needs and requirements and we would be happy to extend a discount on our private touring packages should you decide to travel to Tasmania again. Kind regards, Tina Office Manager

My trip was two full day tours from Hobart with Karin. Day one was Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary and Mt. Field National Park. The wildlife sanctuary is small, but what an experience and impact!! The conservation effort is remarkable! Plus you get to feed kangaroos ( make sure

Using Hobart as a base, my husband and I spent two wonderful days with Karin Beaumont, one of the best guides we encountered in our month long trip through Australia. Not only is she intelligent and knowledgeable about the history and culture of Australia, but she is a good
