this was the chapel built for the Dukes of Savoy in the Palace next door. Guarino Guarini, brilliant architect and mathematician, designed it and it is simply wonderful . No one else was there when I Visited. It is to the left of the Palazzo...More

This Church is an absolute gem. Small but compact. The details inside are just beautiful. A must see in Torino

Easily missed because of the unassuming exterior. This is a very small church yet very ornate in baroque style. The unique feature is the dome. Look up, the dome is buttressed, reminiscent of the Moorish design.

The church is worth visiting. The architecture and paintings are amazing. You can visit a side room to see a copy of the shroud. The original is kept elsewhere.

The church of San Lorenzo is located in a place that probably few visitors to Turin will miss: in the corner of Piazza Castello at the end of Via Po and next to the Royal Palace, but it hasn't got a very impressive front facade....More

A minor attraction. Nice architecture without an interesting interior, distroyed by fire. It is the besty part of the duomo.

From outside is very simple, just a salmo door, not a Great facada, but inside it's gorgeous. The stone work's is amazing.

First of all the entrance is totally free. Once entering the church, you should look upwards in order to see one of the most important architectural jewels in Turin! Must see it.
