I was very disappointed because it is really far away from downtown Seville. The monastery became a factory in 1854, when the Spanish Government took over many monasteries. Nowadays, it is a Contemporary Art Museum. I wish the could have chosen a better option such as Baroque

The Monastery is big and covers quite a few acres. The surrounding is lovely and there are some interesting arts win the entrance. The long towers were chimney and there were furnaces which were used to heat ceramics before.
