Easy to get to and to get around the island(s). Rent a bicycle or bring your own is recommended! Recommended for landscape photographers!

If you are visiting Toronto and want a day to relax - go to Toronto Island. You can rent a bicycle or just walk around the island. It's a nice view of Toronto skyline from the ferry ride and from the island.

Best place to see the city from the island. Catch the big city ferry. Regular service. October was very quiet arms Lloyds closed down. Bring your own food, drink if out of season. It's bigger than you think. Lovely houses, quiet, great photo ops
