There is not a lot here at the base of the lighthouse on the seawall, all you can really see is the Lions Gate Bridge and the lighthouse.

A great viewing point over to the harbour and mountains, on the seawall cycle / walk route around Stanley Park. The light house itself is shorter that you would imagine/expect and in itself, nothing special. Worth a visit for the views.

At the end of the park is this lighthouse. You look out at the water and the magnificent mountains off in the distance. Magical.

This is one of the MANY photo-ops along the the Stanley Park seawall. Just west of the First Narrows, the water widens dramatically as one catches a glimpse of the Pacific Ocean. Some great views. If you are lucky, a ship going by, or a...More

Stanley Park is Vancouver's premier spot to get up
close and personal with nature and animals. The grassy
expanse offers outdoor teahouses and stunning views,
beachfront hideaways and splash parks. It is a typical
getaway spot for friends and families, especially as
it is home to Vancouver's aquarium, and some of its
best equestrian outlets.
