I love showing this place to visitors. There’s a great selection of English language books, art books, interesting local magazines, and temporary exhibits like Indigo dyeing. There’s a huge collection of fountain pens and stationary. Upstairs is a restaurant with vintage copies of Heibon Punch....More

Always enjoy browsing books there and a nice walk from Daikanyama station. That leads me an encounter of unexpected finds and hoping one building and another is fun too. Wish there are more seats for sit down to flip pages even for a bit. Seats...More

The Tsutaya bookstore is the main attraction here. Even if you are not looking to shop for books, you would definitely enjoy browsing their collections and other merchandise on display. The interior design and architecture of the complex are quite cool as well. There are...More

Enjoyed the place for the ambience, speciality stores, and that fabulous bookstore! Food here is a bit pricey but there is a Famima you can hang out at.

Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu
There are countless opportunities to shop in the
Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops
that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest
areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's
Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to
recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh
yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast,
Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool.

Daikanyama Station is the nearest. 5 min walk to Tsutaya Daikanyama from there. Take Tokyu Toyoko-Line from Shibuya Station.
