We visited Shibuya Hikarie but it was under construction til further notice. I hope this was announced to tourists online to save time and effort before they visit. Great building though.

Had a visit here to eat sushi in one of those restaurants where you can pick your plates from a rotating belt. Food is ordered from a tablet at the table, and billed thanks to some kind of sensors linked to the plates. Very funny, in very central Tokyo.

Shibuya Hikarie is one of the tallest buildings in Shibuya next to Shibuya Station. The shops here are a bit more high end than others in Shibuya and there is an upscale department store ShinQ (by Tokyo). There are also quite a few good restaurants, for example Tokatsu Maisen.

Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu
There are countless opportunities to shop in the
Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops
that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest
areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's
Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to
recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh
yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast,
Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool.
