        Be cautious....
I booked the tour well in advance for my trip to Australia. A few days before I was to arrive I was notified that the company canceled the tour due to low numbers. I had prepaid for the trip and thus was very disappointed. I ended up renting a car on my own and for less than half the price of the trip had the car for 2 days and did two different tours (this and another to the southwest) via self drive and had a great experience. Other reviewers wrote about the hundreds of miles of boring wheat fields. It is true and it is a long drive to the site from Perth. York is a small town with a bit of history, but not a lot going on or to do. I stopped, but wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. Mulka's Cave was interesting and the Aboriginal hand print art on the walls was worth the drive from Wave Rock. The main rock itself is interesting and beautiful. The geology and cultural significance make it something of value, but this tour will not be the most interesting one you ever do. If you go, with the tour or on your own, the walk around the Wave Rock area is interesting and you can get much more on the geology from doing it. Also, research about Wave Rock's significance with the sky and migrations of the people to add to your experience. No matter how you go about it from Perth, it will be a long, long day.

Perth - history without the fuss
Guide Chris was awesome, in time, very knowledgeable and great sense of humour. Covered a lot of suburbs and got all the history along the way! Always best to do a guided tour when new to a place as you’ll learn so much more than doing it solo. Highly recommend this tour!

The stars were the star of the show
Great trip. We absolutely lucked out and Jonathon was our guide. He is an actual astronomer, so we learnt a ridiculous amount about the stars and a whole heap of other stuff on the trip there. Even though the trip was for the pinnacles the stars were the star of the show. If you go definitely go for the sunset and star gazing. The driver was really nice, but even though it's a new bus there were a few hiccups with it. I still gave 5 stars, because Jonathon was brilliant. Some very intelligent people struggle to connect with the average person, but he was great. The pub dinner was also good and we had enough time there have a bit of a walk around too.

        Better ticketing to opening times
All was mostly good except when they said on our tickets , the ticket box closes an hour earlier before the boat leaves. We got there at 645am ready for the 8 am departure but no one there, they didn't arrive and open until 720 am what a pain in the butt waiting around, they need to amend their tickets to their opening times this really sucks. You also couldn't get coffee until around 715 am so we could have stayed home an extra hour

        Could be better!
I've always enjoyed and taken the Rottnest Island hop-on hop-off bus service. It provides relatively cheap hassle-free transport around the Island and back to the settlement, where one can catch the ferry back to the mainland. However, it is a shame that the prices have increased to $30 per adult, with only a small discount for pensioners and students at $22. When you consider that, you only end up boarding the bus twice. Because of time constraints, you are not getting the best value for money.

        Wave Rock for families.
Take your camera. Hard to take a bad shot. Long drive but worth it. Driver did a great job explaining the history of WA and wave rock.

        See the back country
Long day but not rushed. Our driver was excellent and the bus was comfortable for all day with many stops. The aboriginal communities were interesting as was the pearl farm. This was quite different to Willie Creek and I recommend seeing both to get the ful story

        Great Island Tour
Well run bus trip around the island, great commentary from Glenn. An excellent way to get to see the island especially if you are time limited and want to catch the highlights without the crowding of the hop on hop off busses.. Added to a great day on a stunning island. Even managed the obligatory Quokka selfie.

        Nature Over million of years.
A beautiful piece of history to watch and appreciate, rarely you get to see something which has been natural in this planet for billions of years of year. And has taken a million years to shape up.

        Fabulous
Okay, so we did four Australian pinnacle tours with this company in the week that we are in Perth.. so the first one was to the actual pinnacles and a Benedictine church complex, the second one was to Margaret River, and winery and Beenleigh and a host of other places, the third one was to have a tour around Perth and Fremantle and go to Kings Park botanical Gardens, and the fourth one was to Rottnest Island via the large boat and then a tour for the day.. So I’ll just give a broad overview which is excellent. This company is run so well, they are very well organised and nothing is missed, and everything is double checked and they are perfectly on time every time they have to pick you up or take you back. The tours are all interesting although a few of them were very very long days but that’s just the nature of the beast when you have long distances to go. These things we could not have done by ourselves so we certainly appreciated this company having excursions to these places.. our bus driver/tour guides, in each case was absolutely amazing.. their knowledge was fantastic and their skill at driving and their friendliness was outstanding. Most of the drivers gave lots of information but then lots of time just to reflect and look at the window. My only criticism of one was that whilst he was a lovely chap he never shut up for one minute. Information overload and quite a few people were groaning as well.. it felt like we were going to a university lecture for eight hours. But he was a lovely fellow and he did give us about an hours break on a 12 hour day.. 😂. The other thing I might mention is that one driver that picked us up after the Rottnest Island tour that ended in Hillary’s boat Harbour… for some reason at the end of the day he was in a foul mood or something had happened and he drove rather dangerously. His bus said Quokka coach tours. But it obviously had been organised through Australian pinnacle tours.. we were actually quite frightened on this bus because he was not concentrating and talking angrily on the phone and looking down at his feet at times and when he looked up he was almost rear ending the car in front. Once I recognised a place in Perth, I got off the bus.. but that is not the typical thing for the pinnacle bus coach drivers who were exemplary in their work. Some of our excursions had meals and they were very very good and I am a vegetarian and they knew that and already had catered for myself and others who had dietary requirements. They looked after us with always having cool water and sometimes we would have afternoon tea and they would have hot tea and coffee and biscuits and things in their coach.. we were tired after all of these but we’ve realised we would never of seen these things without these people and their excellent company.

        Horrible
This was the worst tour we have ever taken. York was nice but we only had 25 mins. Hours and hours of wheat fields. The Aboriginal Culture was a small cave with a three-minute story about a cannibal. There was no wildflower cafe or shop. It was the rundown Wave Rock visitors center. Lunch was doled out - two pieces of BBQ chicken with about three tablespoons of meat on them, a third of a cup of rice, chunks of torn off iceberg lettuce, sliced beets and pineapple with a loaf of sliced white bread thrown on the table. We walked away hungry. Wave Rock was what you see in the pictures, worth of five minutes of your time unless you want to take dozens of selfies while fighting off the hoards of flies. Don't believe the description.

        Great whole day tour
Great from start to finish. A lot is packed in to this whole day tour but there’s never a dull moment. Our tour guide Jonathan kept us educated and entertained throughout. Seeing the animals up close at Caversham wildlife sanctuary was really special; the 4WD dune trip and sandboarding was memorable, the fish and chip lunch delicious and the Pinnacles desert experience stunning. Highly recommend

        Meh…
For the price the overall experience was average but justified to make up for the fuel given it’s an 800km journey to and fro. Lunch ended being sandwiches as they accidentally gave away our lunch to another tour group so this should have been managed better if charging so much especially when we were all so hungry and the timing was already delayed. Beck our guide was lovely and the 3 stars is just for her

Fabulous tour of ‘Rotto’, with an amazing tour guide ‘Kevin’. He made it so interesting and informative. His own experiences shared from his childhood memories and antics, made the trip even more enjoyable…even when it was drizzling

The trip was fine and the meal at New Norcia extremely good. We would have liked a little more time at the Pinnacles, but understand the situation.
Our driver Luke made the trip very interesting with his anecdotes

We had an early start to our tour of the diverse landscapes and rich Aboriginal and European history. The onboard commentary from our guide was excellent, and made our first stop at New Norcia. We heard about the history of the town, which was first established in 1846 as a mission to the Aboriginal community and is home to Australia’s only Benedictine Abbey. We toured the town with a local guide, and visited a museum housing gifts presented to the abbey from various popes and Spanish royalty. Here you could purchase unique goods handmade by the monastery, such as olive oil, nut cake, fruit wine and fresh-baked bread followed by a Fish and Chips lunch at the New Norcia Hotel.
We then visited the Western Wildflower Farm for a brief educational talk about wildflowers. We then experienced the great otherworldly landscape of Pinnacles Desert in Nambung National Park, where we walked among the mystical limestone stacks scattered throughout sandy dunes. We were there late afternoon when the sun was low, which added to the colorful mystique of this very special place. .
This was followed by a restful return drive down the coast to Perth, where our full-day tour concludes in the evening. A very enjoyable day.

Another outstanding tour with Adams - this time with driver/guide Glen, who was TERRIFIC!!! The coach was comfortable (especially in the 43C weather!!!), although it didn't have the USB iPhone charging slots the larger coaches have 😰 Glen provided water on the coach, tea and fruit cake after our morning tour of the Monastery, and bikkies on the loooong drive back to Perth. Glen's commentary was interesting and THOROUGH 😊 And I agree with his (and others') suggestion that a soft drink (lemon squash to go with the fish and chips?) provided with lunch at the New Norcia hotel would be nice. Finally, I recommend Adams Tours without hesitation 😊

We not only did the above tour, but also, the Margaret river and the Perth Fremantle as well as the swan river lunch cruise. 4 days of tours, we saw and learnt so much about WA, Bob, Dave and Keith are the friendliest and extremely knowledgeable drivers. We would like to thank you guys for educating us about WA’s history, it was our first visit but definitely not our last 👍👍👏👏
