My partner & I visited for 4 days, and thoroughly enjoyed it all. We were so looked after and so well guided all the time. Ahmed, our driver, was calm, pleasant, punctual and easy-going, and was always happy to answer our questions. We never felt under pressure for time and he made sure we were relaxed at all times. We saw everything we wanted to see and we are so glad we went with a tour group so we could relax and enjoy ourselves without having to do any planning. It has to be noted that our tour guide in Petra, Sammy, was honestly the best tour guide we have ever had. Impeccable English, witty and extremely knowledgable, not to mention took amazing pictures of us! He has all the iPhone tricks! Jordan is super safe and I felt really comfortable at all times. We had a great tour to Jordan organised by Jordan Horizon Tours. From the beginning they were very professional and informative. Aida shared a detailed itinerary beforehand and tailored the trip to ensure we saw as much as possible in the 4 days we had in Jordan. We had an exceptional driver Ahmed, who transferred us to each location around Jordan, and shared many great insights into the country, the people and the food! Due to the current (Nov. 2024) conflict in nearby countries we were initially a little apprehensive to visit, but we are so glad we did decide to visit now as Jordan is safe and unaffected. I would recommend anyone to visit Jordan now and use Jordan Horizon Tours to plan your trip.

We had an amazing time in Jordan starting from being picked up in the airport by our driver Faed, who turned out to be super knowledgable, friendly and always on hand to help with anything. We stayed at Wadi Rum, visited Little Petra, Petra, Karak Castle, St George’s Church and Mount Nebo, finishing the trip with a stay/swim in the Dead Sea. We would highly recommend all of it. Such a well planned trip. Importantly, it was all calm and peaceful with Jordan not impacted by the current conflict in the Middle East, yet suffering from it as people perhaps think otherwise. A beautiful country steeped in history and well worth a visit.

Our trip to Jordan was absolutely perfect, thanks to Jordan Horizons Tours. Aida did an amazing job creating the ideal schedule for us—exactly what we needed at a very reasonable price. We were lucky to have Hisham as our private driver. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made every moment of the journey enjoyable. The tour was great. Everything was arranged properly and as agreed. Aida was very prompt in communication and responding to our questions. Our driver, Hisham, was very helpful and professional. Honestly I didn’t know what to expect from Jordan, but it was 1000% better than I could have ever imagined. My family and I are not used to tours and we usually explore countries on our own, but this time we decided to do it though Jordan Horizon tours and it was the best decision we made. Ibrahim Smadi was our own personal driver and he made sure we were always comfortable while giving us very interesting facts during sight seeing. He is great at managing how much time you need at each place - yet you never feel rushed or like you didn’t see everything you wanted to see. Ibrahim knows the perfect places for each sunset, and on top of that he is a great photographer! He took some amazing pictures of us (super instagramable) if you are into that, definitely picture frame worthy. Ibrahim, although not a tour guide, was very knowledgeable of his beautiful country, and for the places that tour guides were included, Ibrahim made sure to choose the best guides for us (specially in Petra where our guide name was Sami). Overall it was an amazing experience and we feel so fortunate for the great time we had. Words can’t describe how great the experience was, I guess you will just have to try yourselves :).

Jordan Horizon Tours did a fantastic job. From the moment we arrived at the airport in Jordan until the day we departed, they were highly professional and always on time. Our guide and driver, Ibrahim Smodi, was exceptional. If you're traveling with your family, he is the best person to take you to the archaeological sites. He explains everything clearly and kept the entire family engaged with his insightful commentary. Ibrahim also took amazing photos and provided great recommendations to enhance our experience. We literally didn’t have to worry about a thing. Overall, the service was outstanding. The entire team was welcoming, and they made my family and I feel completely safe throughout the trip.

We visited Petra and the Wadi Rum. Petra was amazing and Wadi rum was a great experience as well. JHT organised everything in a very professional and welcoming manner. Aida has been very efficient and professional helping us picking the right tour. Aladdin has been our assistant and driver for the entire trip and we could not ask for a better one. He has been welcoming, professional and supportive, definitely a great person. Jordan is a beautiful country with wonderful people and a great culture. We booked with Jordan Horizons Tours well before the middle east conflict and as our trip approached we were somewhat apprehensive about going, but decided to go after monitoring the news and email exchanges with our contact Aida. I am so glad we did, as it was one of the best experiences we have had traveling. We were met at the airport by our driver/guide Ashraf who was with us for our entire stays and made us feel safe and welcome at all times through out our visit. Ashraf was extremely knowledgeable of the history of Jordan and gave us recommendations and insights that were very helpful. All of our other private guides, that were arranged by the company, were also exceptional as well for the specific areas like Petra, Jerash, and Wadi Rum. The Jourdain's we met and interacted with were so friendly and nice. I would highly recommend booking with this company for a great experience.

Had a great time! Aladdin was great, he took care of us. Wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely need more than 5 days to appreciate everything Jordan has to offer. We did the 5 star hotel package and I can definitely say not disappointed. If you do stargazing make sure there is no full moon, you will not be able to see the stars. Tour was customized and we were able to see the major sites.

I did a custom 5 day tour with this company and the rep, Aida was great. She was very responsive and could squeeze + accommodate all the sites my friends and I sought. It was a squeeze, along with the last-minute flight changes but Aida helped us all the way. Our guide Alaadin is amazing, friendly, super helpful, and has a bit of humor to him. We enjoyed his company along with the tips and advice he has for us. I couldn't have done it better myself. With the war happening in neighboring countries, we didn't hear or see any hint of such and felt very safe the entire time. Thank you so much!
