    What to Expect
The tour begins meeting outside of the Conservation Hut Cafe in Wentworth Falls. From here it's an easy 15 minute hike down through the Valley of the Waters to the canyon entry point.
Upon reaching the start of the canyon, equipment is donned and instruction on canyoning and abseiling techniques is provided. The canyon starts with a splash as you progress through multiple rock jumps and swims. The second half of the canyon is dedicated to taking in the sights as you walk through the majestic canyon walls, carved over millions of years by flowing water and covered by mosses and ferns. The canyon finishes with the biggest rock jump, approximately 5m, and the 30m abseil down Empress Falls. At  the base of the falls you can swim, jump and take in the sights as the rest of your group finishes abseiling. From here It's a short uphill hike to the starting location, with a stop at Queen Victoria Lookout for an epic views of the Jamison Valley.
This tour requires a moderate level of fitness and suitable for most people. You must be able to complete easy hikes with a light pack and be comfortable with short, supervised swims of 3-5m.
Difficulty level can be varied depending on each individuals desired level of challenge by attempting different obstacles.
