I was called ten minutes before driver arrival. Was called again as the driver approached. The driver loaded and unloaded the luggage. Very professional and on time.

We had the same driver on all three trips. Airport to hotel, hotel to cruise ship, and cruise ship to hotel. The vehicle was a large taxi van, which was very clean with leather seats. Nicest taxi we’ve ever ridden in. Our driver was excellent. He was always early and would call or text us when he arrived. This was worry and hassle free transportation. I highly recommend this service.

Driver called ahead to let us know he was waiting for us at the airport and was located easily enough among the dozens of drivers of other privately arranged transfers. He was comfortable navigating the narrow congested streets to our hotel.

Mechsar, the driver, was excellent. He helped with the luggage and was polite and professional. Our flight was delayed b/c the airport was closed due to flooding and we were diverted to Madrid. I contacted the driver and the company and pickup was arranged for the next day with no change in price or car type. There were 2 of us with 4 VERY large suitcases. We opted for the mini-van which held all luggage plus carryon luggage and plenty of room for us. The taxi was clean, comfortable and air conditioned. We each received a bottle of water. Mechsar texted us to let us know he was waiting for us right outside of customs and escorted us to the taxi less than 5 minutes away. The cost was less than $70. We would definitely use this company again and highly recommend it to all.

Mohsen arrived ahead of time at our hotel for our pickup. He was polite and friendly and took us to the port for on-time embarkation for our cruise. You can’t go wrong with this driver and car service. The taxi was large, spacious and very clean.

There was some confusion on the pickup and I was left waiting for about 30 minutes for pickup. They flight was a bit early arriving but the company had the flight information so could have checked. The driver was very courteous
