We used this on off bus from the cruise ship terminal. While they had plenty of buses lined up waiting for people at the cruise terminal that was not the case once they shuttled you downtown. The first bus we got on downtown had sufficient...More

I did see people getting on with wheelchairs and scooters. People do have to be able to walk on and off. There is room for stowing the vehicle. The stairs to the second floor of the bus are narrow and winding.

We started the boat tour at the Little Mermaid stop, it was easy to find by the flag right by the dock. And I think it is the closest stop to the cruise ships. We enjoyed it. The boat has no cover, so be prepared for sun or rain depending on the weather.
There is also one of the bus stops close to the Little Mermaid as well, you need to look for the bus companies signs on the bus stop placards. They are not always easy to spot.
Both the bus and boat tours were a good way to see a bit of the city. The stops for the boats seemed to be more reliable in terms of timing (every half hour) than the buses.
