The car was nothing like the description. Ther was barely enough seats, with one of us having to sit in the front and the other three in the back, which was very uncomfortable as it was a compact car!! Nearly every panel had a dint. The air-conditioning didn't work and the car was not very clean. On a positive note, the driver was pleasant, although he had limited english. I'd try a different company if we went again.

Tom was amazing. We went to a lot of places we have never seen in Lautoka. Overall a great day including going to a local church service and visiting a lovely little orphanage

I booked the tour "4 hour sightseeing tour around Nadi includes, Orchid Gardens at Sleeping Giant, Viseisei Village, Hindu Temple & Nadi Town Markets" directly with HotFiji.deals. The website explained all the places to be visited and did not specify that you had to pay for the tickets separately. After paying the first entrance I contacted the company as the driver told me that I had to pay for all the visits, but I didn't get an answer and I kept paying for the 3 remaining visits, a total of 80$ extra plus 15$ for the bank commission, that is 95$ more than I had expected to spend. In addition in the last excursion to the mud pool the driver paid for it because we were running short of time and when I asked him how much it had been (20$) he told me that it was 60$ I told him that he was making a mistake that the real price was not that and then he told me ay yes they have given me a discount and he told me 30$. When the tour was over he said pay me for the tour and I told him when I made the booking I gave my bank details so the company takes care of the payment. I asked to speak to his bosses because paying in cash meant another 15$ more for the transaction. I offered to pay by card at the office but they told me that they didn't have a dataphone (strange), I told them to charge you, you have my bank details and they told me that they couldn't (they use a booking program called Rezdy which I work with every day and with which you can make the payment). In the end the woman hung up on me, without giving me any solution. I took out some money and paid. The tour resulted in 110$ EXTRA EXPENSES that NEVER WERE NOTIFIED AT ANY POINT. I do not recommend it because of the misinformation and the treatment I got from them.

We cleared customs quickly, collected our bags & headed out to the Arrivals Hall; guess we were a bit too fast because no-one was waiting for us. Luckily the HotFiji Office is in the Arrivals Hall so no problem. Our driver was very informative & asked if we wanted to stop for any shopping, drinks, etc on the way. After a pleasant 25min drive we arrived at our Hotel. It was only when were were enjoying a wine with dinner we realised that in the confusion of the greeting we missed out on our shell Lei necklace. Other than that minor hi-cup, it was a great transfer.

We had the best transportation from the airport to and from our accommodation in Fiji. I would highly recommend hotfiji.deals. Our driver Esave was so kind and helpful. Will definitely be booking through them again next visit. We went to Fiji for a Fijian experience and it was lovely to have this with hotfiji.deals.

Fantastic service. Va was very helpful and friendly, she gave us lots of tips about using the local bus services. Our driver - Asafa was great. We arrived early in the morning and he found a supermarket that was opened for us to pick up some supplies and then delivered us to our accommodation.

Booked an 8 seater for 6 people. Was told it was going to be a new vehicle. It ended up being a 20 seater straight out of the 80s with rattling windows and faulty air con valves. Other than that, we got to the resort in just under 2.5 hours with a quick stop off at a very local supermarket.

the service was amazing, waiting at the airport with our name on a card, carried our bags to the car, had a stop on the way so we could buy cold drinks, he drove at the speed limit at all times the driver was very chatty and informative

Group of 14 us traveling on a cruise took the 6 hr. sightseeing tour. We were picked up at the pier on time. Bus was nice and air conditioned. Had a wonderful day visiting the island.

It's always a stressful time getting off a plane and not being sure someone will be there waiting for you. We were greeted straight away with a beautiful shells necklace and a bottle of cold water. The driver was really friendly and professional he even stopped at a supermarket on the way to the hotel so that we could buy some snacks and drinks to take as the hotel goods are always very expensive. I felt like I had my own private driver taking me shopping. Not expensive at all and great service.

Pick up was waiting at the airport for us, the driver was very informative talking about the local area and giving hints on the way to the hotel, allowing a stop at a supermarket on the way. On our return to the airport the driver was waiting on the hotel driveway right on pick up time.

Booked transfers online with HotFiji.deals Was met at airport and with leis for whole family and bottles of cold water. Minivan was clean, airconditioned and comfortable. Or driver Khan was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. He provided us with interesting information about fiji and good recommendations for restaurants which turned out to be just right. Both times he picked us up, Khan had installed a baby seat and booster set for my kids as requested in the booking and helped us with our luggage. He also took us to the supermarket to collect supplies. Great experience and no hesitation recommending them.

We booked our transfer from Nadi airport to our resort (and return at the end of our stay), when we got off the plane there was someone with a board with our name waiting, and we were given shell necklaces and bottles of cold water which was really nice. The driver stopped at a supermarket on the way so we could grab some supplies, and the transport was very comfortable which was good as it was a two hour trip! They also provided a booster seat for the 5 year old travelling with us. Return trip was just as good, with the driver arriving exactly at the time agreed. Our driver both ways was same (Khan) and he was very friendly and pointed out areas of interest along the trip. I would recommend this service and would use again, they were lower cost than other options i looked at and private transport for just our group instead of a coach/bus was great.

We booked a transfer to our hotel from the airport, staff at the office couldn’t have been nicer. Our vehicle was clean and the driver stopped at a store for us to pick bits up before we went to our hotel. Our return pick up was just as good and I’d certainly recommend HotFiji deals.

After a bit of research before leaving home, I decided to book these guys for the transfers to/from my hotel. The price was good, the service was good, and I will definitely be booking them again when next I head to Fiji.
