Service was excellent, they welcomed to me when ı I passed through the gate and they accompanied to me till I arrived to car. Driver could speak English well. He was kind to me and he drove the car softly. Everthing was perfect expect one thing: It took more than 2 hours arrive to hotel. They told me ıt took so long because of some masonry reasons. According to my experience, you won't be regret because of book a airport.

We arrived 10 minutes early and got out of terminal with our luggage,after a very long flight from Australia we hope to get to the hotel as fast as possible, We could not see the driver or a sign with our name, we did wait for nearly 50 min. walking up and down looking for driver or a sign with our name. During our wait we were hustled by so many drivers suggesting to use their car and facility, for nearly half the price we were told by our original booking. After nearly one hour waiting I approached one of the airport staff and managed to make him understand what my problem is , and asked him to write me a line or two about our situation, and the amount of time we were waiting for our ride (Just in case if the driver had another story to tell). The same staff suggested to go 100 to the right , and there I found so many limousine taxi company to take us to our hotel our booking with booking.com was for AU$78. and the other compy charged us 50 Euro so nearly the same price.. when we were sitting in the taxi and started our journey to our hotel the original driver from Alantransfer called and told us that he is waiting for us at the gate. When he found out that he is 1 hour late and we already on our way to hotel. he got upset and said but you have to pay him anyway.. I was too tired to argue, so I hang up.

The driver came few minutes late, and I had to use a strangers phone to call for the office but when he came he was very friendly. The car was very nice and his driving was professional. I will do it again and book through these guys.

The moment you went out from the immigration counter and got your luggage, just go out and go to the bus station and buy the ISTANBUL KART and ask them which bus number. You will travel for an hour from the airport to taksim square.

I would like to take this opportunity to put forward my experiences with this service, I booked my transfer through Viator and was skeptical at first due to past negative experiences I encountered in Turkey. Fast forward to the day of the transfer, A kind young man met us at the airport holding our name and promptly assisted us to our vehicle which was waiting directly outside the airport exit. He helped us with our luggage, (mind you we had 4 large travel suitcases, and yes they were heavy) and placed us in the vehicle. The driver was very friendly however his English was very limited, although that wasn't a problem for us, as he tired his best to communicate, He was very familiar with Istanbul and shared some details about historic buildings and architecture in his broken English :) He dropped us off to our hotel, and once again helped us with our luggage. This was a great experience for me and my family as my past experiences caused doubts at first. Considering everything, I was extremely happy with the service and would definitely use it again and advise any of my friends and family to use this service.
