We booked a hot air balloon ride for two people and the agency cancelled it less than 24 hours before the ride with no explanations. We thought it could’ve been due to the weather, but all the balloons flew normally that morning. Their contact number refused to answer my message.

If I could give zero stars I would've. The worse tour agency I have came across. Went past my judgement after reading the only 6 reviews and decided to give this a try. Now I understand why there is only 6 reviews. I guess the boss over promised and could not deliver what was agreed between us, and thus wasted 8 hours of my family and I's time. 8 travelling hours. Can you imagine? Seriously the worse. What could have been a day thing, turned into 2 full long days. Can you imagine all the plans that we had to forgo because of his incompetency to lias with his intermediary? Do not use this tour agent.

It was my first time to travel in Turkey. I was greatful that i had a wonderful, knowledgeable and very kind private tour guide named Cicek. I was able to skip the long queue to get to some historical places in Istanbul. Not only did she provided me with interesting historical insights of the tourists attractions in Istanbul but also she had patiently taken excelent photos of me. I would definetely reccomend this travel agency to anyone coming to visit Turkey for the first time.

Such a great experience and trip. Comfortable ride. Great lunch. We didn’t enjoy the jewellery stop soo much. But it was fairly quick. Tour guide was nice too!

This is our second time visiting Turkey, we decided to extend our stay in Kuşadası to explore more of it's surrounding area. Our tour guide Adem was amazing & gave excellent in depth informations on Ephesus Ancient City. A definite must of history lovers. He also went above & beyond in assisting us during our shopping, providing us with the best quality options. Highly recommended & would definitely travel with Moira Travel again!

WWW(What Went Well) Adem's vast knowledge on Turkish history made the trip more meaningful. Adem's advice on the best photo spots and where to buy souvenirs. Adem's suggestion to hop on hot air balloon in Pamukkale rather than Cappadocia due to risky weather conditions. Adem's selection of meals was spot on, esp Kunefe, Koftas. Adem's sense of humour made the looooong coach ride enjoyable. Adem's choice of coach driver, Emir who drove us safely throughout Turkey. EBI(Even Better If) Adem gave us longer times at each stops, felt kinda rushed. Adem preordered the food before arrival at the stops so less waiting time for food to arrive. Overall, I highly recommend Moira Travel for those wishing to explore Amazing Turkey.

Today I attained a day tour to Pamukkale with visiting ancient city of Hierapolis, and I tell you it was amazing! Our guide Adem is the best, very polite, told us lots of information and jokes. Had a great time, asked for some advices and he really helped me, thank you:) Pamukkale and Hierapolis are amazing, definitely a must see if you are visiting Aegean region of Turkey!

I went in 2014 but TripAdvisor wouldn’t go back that far. It was a great break from Istanbul. The hot baths were great as well as the ancient city. Adem know a lot about history and was informative without being patronizing. He was a great person to talk to one on one as well and had a genuine curiosity for life and community. He felt like a good friend during the trip.

Adem is the best tour agent you could ask for. Very friendly and warm. He is so knowledgeable. 5 stars!
