Wish I had read the recent reviews before I booked. We brought our son-in-law with us to the Daytona location rather than leave our car there for 1 1/2 weeks. Son-in-law will pick us up too. He also just started a new job and may need to work the day we get in and need to bring our car to Groome the night before. I asked what’s the best place to park for the night before our return so we can have our car to get home. I was told son-in-law is not allowed to park MY CAR in their lot overnight because he is not a customer. I advised I am and it’s my car. Was told again that son-in-law is not though. It went round and round. Basically Groome would rather us take up a space for 1 1/2 weeks than 1 night. Same car, owners of the car are the paying customers, owners are trying to be considerate of others and the minimal parking availability, yet penalized with possibly no transportation at the end of their trip. In whose world does this make sense?

Regrettably I no longer use Groome. What was once an amazing convenience to the airport has devolved into something far less that it was before . There is no guarantee that you can park your car. At least after my complaint that Groome Park and Ride really didn't mean Park, they changed their title. Booking with Groome is a hit or miss gamble which I am not willing to risk, especially if I arrive at your Daytona destination and find your parking lot full. As you state there are no refunds.  I am not the only person that has experienced this. Sorry, what was once an ideal alternative to getting to the airports has become a hit or miss financial gamble. You did inform me that I had up to one year to use a credit (not a refund) but that was not even usable as your parking lot was also full. Considering the financial risk to me, it is cheaper to just drive to the airport, a choice I did not prefer. I would not recommend Groome to anyone.

It is the WORST long-term parking I have ever experienced. First I was told to park as far back as possible and the shuttle would pick up up. They didn't, I had to walk back to the office to learn that I had to bring my suitcases to the pickup point. When I mentioned that I was 80 years old and that was a long way to carry 8 suitcases. The attendant's response was If you go to Disney, you will be walking further! My response was I was not going to Disney, and if I were I wouldn't be carrying 8 suitcases filled with Christmas presents and packed for a thirty-day vacation. This is not paved parking, and carrying the suitcases over a dirt and partial grass lot is not customer service. When we returned I found that they could not find my car, finally, they brought it to us, there was damage on the right rear door, and the left tire was flat. I was told that they were not responsible for any damage and would not change my tire. The tire had a screw in it, since there was no wear on the screw, it was evident that it happened in that lot.

I had a reservation, they got everything wrong. Lied to me on phone after I called from the pickup location when the van left 10 minutes EARLY. No real explanation or apology or refund. Take an Uber or another service from MCO

I was given instructions when I made my appointment for a ride home from the Orlando airport. As a matter of fact, I called two other times during my trip to be sure everything was correct. I was to be picked up at 12:15 am in terminalll B, parking space 14 or 15. I arrived at 12:00 and waited. At 12:30 one of their buses pulled up and asked where I was going. I told them I going to my home ,(door to door), and was told by the driver that this was the wrong bus and to wait for the next one. She never asked for my confirmation number. So I waited, and waited until finally it was 1:00. I was the only person waiting for anything! No one else was at the terminal except me. As a woman traveling alone I became worried. Finally another plane dropped off some more people who got on other companies transportation. I called Groome’s number and gave them my confirmation number and was told that my bus was at terminal C and would arrive in 20 more minutes. So I waited until finally. Finally after 40 minutes a bus arrived. There were 2 other people waiting for this bus also by now. When the bus arrived I was told that she didn’t take people to their home other but could give me a ride to one of their drop off stations in The Villages and that someone else would take me home. The other 2 people were told that she wasn’t the right bus to get to their destination either. After explaining that we didn’t know what to do she said she would take them also to their destination either visages site in Brownwood. When we got to Brownwood in the villages we could hear all the bus drivers talking that there was know one to take us were we needed to go. She told me she would get me to the Spanish Springs area in the villages and that my husband would have to pick me up there! The other 2 people stayed behind and another gentleman got on our bus. He to was to be taken to his house. She said to that gentleman that she could take him to the gate of his neighborhood but she couldn’t take him home. This older gentleman had to walk with his luggage to his home alone at 3:00 am! Fortunately my husband was able to pick me up in Spanish Springs. There were several other people in Brownwood that stayed behind to try and find a ride home! Horrible experience! Avoid Groome at all costs! I finally arrived at home at 3:30 am!

Friend was ran off the road by this company and almost hopped the median onto oncoming traffic only to be waived off by the driver afterwards. My 6 month old was in the car with me and I called the company in order to report the driver and was met with an extremely rude, disrespectful and unwelcoming employee. Did not inquire about my safety but instead remained dry, quiet and unimpressed with what was being stated. After a awkward silence after explaining what happened the agent stated there is nothing he can do and hung up on me. Do not use this company if you value safety, integrity or and form of respect. This is an outstanding service with professional drivers , abundant courtesy and a much needed alternative to buses or other transportation means from Orlando. I was so impressed with this service that it will be an absolute must next time I go through MCO especially on holidays or rush hour schedules.

I asked driver if he was going to Daytona Beach. He looked at me and kept going. Didn’t provide an answer or say anything. This is a bad representation of your company. Vehicle V13 US DOT 3208506.

Absolutely the worse!!! Do not ever use Groome transportation!!! In October 2022 my sister my mother and I traveled to Orlando airport arriving at 8:30 pm Scheduled for 10:30 shuttle so we waited outside across from the parking location. We were told the driver waited 5 mins and left without us. We were stranded at the airport with an 83 year old diabetic in a wheelchair, six pieces of luggage and a walker. Don’t bother calling because no one will answer. Despite what the website says there is no way to reach them if you are stranded. We were rescued by Village transportation who gave us a ride and had room in there van. Worst part of the story is when we called the next morning we were told we would receive a full refund. We didn’t get it and caked again. We were informed we would not get a refund and no voucher was offered.Horrible service Horrible customer service.

CAUTION! If your plane is delayed due to weather or for any other reason, they absolutely won't wait for you after 12:05 AM. They abandoned me because I wasn't going to be able to make it to the shuttle location by 12:05 AM. And to make it worse, they didn't confirm that they wouldn't be able to pick me up until almost 10:30 PM the night of my arrival. So, my wife had to rush to MCO to pick me up which is almost two hours away. Otherwise, I would've been stranded at the airport until their next shuttle at~ 5:00 AM. And to add fuel to the fire, they would not refund the fee that I paid.

They picked me up this morning and I was told I would arrive at Orlando Airport 45 min before my flight left! There's no way to get through security and board at 9:15. I called an Uber and used them. Got there right in time. Groome would not refund my money. Offered a credit for future use. Crappy service.. they are not dependable.

We use Groome to pick up and drop off visitors who come to our Daytona Beach Florida home via Orlando International Airport. We like to steer clear of the hustle bustle in Orlando so we hire Groome to shuttle our guests to and from. They are courteous, friendly, on-time!

No parking in Auburn AL. nowhere to leave vehicle and they threaten it might be towed. They need to move to another location.

I took the shuttle from Orlando to Daytona for a music festival. The price was cheaper than an uber. One of the rides was a little sketchy, but no issues overall. They were on time. My only complaint would be more signage or details about where to go at the Orlando Airport for pick up. There were several of us confused.

Policy "no refund " Only credit for one year. Gave 36 hr., notice feel cheated . I'll tell all my friends so they thing twice about using this service.
