    A Great Life's Experience
Just incredible....the memories from the villages of Skardu, Gilgit, Hunza ,the Hunza valley and a drive along the Karakoram Highway will last a lifetime. The people, the sights, the adventure and all made possible by a great tour from Hunza Trek Tours. Manzoor was as good as a guide as it gets. So well organized, helpful, respectful, fun as was our drive...and it aint easy driving the Karakoram Highway. I cannot imagine a better trip.

Hidden gems, just forget Switzerland and come here!
The view of Northern Pakistan is amazing. When I told everyone I am going to Pakistan, everyone was shocked, after everyone saw my picture in SNS, now everyone is asking how to go. I of course recommend Hunza trek and tour. As the company is not very known well in Thailand, I was a bit reluctant first but Manzoor was very patient and answered email promptly, provided everything we need, for VISA, inquiries and everything until you settle down, I believed he is the most patient Pakistan tour company! The trip was as you can expected, sometimes no electricity, limited hot bath, almost to none signals internet. But hey, why would you need it when you are seeing the breathtaking view of this hidden gems. We are lucky the domestic flight was not canceled and we got almost clear weather everyday. if you can arrange private tour, it will be easy for you to tailor and modify your plan according to weather. Ask Manzoor, he can arrange you anything. What are you waiting for? Just email him and pack a bag and nice pair of walking shoes and camera and go to Pakistan!

Five out of Five Stars, without a doubt
Trekked with Hunza, trekked my heart out. Stunning scenery, incredible guides, cultural gems. Felt safe, pampered, & inspired. Unforgettable Pakistan adventure, wouldn't choose anyone else! They go beyond just taking you from point A to point B. Their tours are deeply woven into the local fabric, offering authentic cultural experiences. I tasted home-cooked meals with village families, learned about traditional crafts, and even participated in a local festival. These were unforgettable moments that enriched my understanding of Pakistan's diverse heritage, Thank you team Hunza trek and Tours. Still carving for Yak meat steak 😋

The relationships made the trip special!
My trip with Hunza Trip and Tours, went from a good trip to and outstanding trip. I had wanted to do the trip to Pakistan, but I was concerned. I knew I would be out of my comfort zone so I decided to find a tour company. I found this company, and I am so happy that I did. I had wanted to see the Pakistan side of the Karakorum Highway. Wow, what a ride! All I can say is Fareed did a great job of driving on a very crazy road. These are the things that make the most memories, when things don't go as planned, but you have fun in the delays and the wild ride. I think I drove my guide Manzoor, crazy with all my questions day after day. I wanted to know everything about Pakistan, and I quickly learned that Pakistan is a breathtaking country with amazing people. Manzoor my guide and the owner of the company, made my trip so easy, he anticipated what I needed and helped to achieve it. The trip was so good, that I found myself enjoying every part of the trip. I fell in love with the beauty of the country and with the people. Manzoor understands the concept that relationships make the trip more special and memory inspiring. He invited me to to experience the real culture and food. I went to school and met students, listened to music and dance, and in doing so I formed bonds that I will remember forever. The hotels chosen had some great people, they most needed a good scrub. Also I think I would have enjoyed spending more time in the north, and less in the middle of the country. I experienced the thing that matters most, relationships with the people and country I visited. Which makes my trip more than a vacation or a trip, and more of a lifelong memorable experience. I was so happy that I extended my trip with 5 extra days at the end of the tour to travel to Lahore, Peshawar, and areas around Islamabad. I would recommend Hunza Trek and Tours, because they know how to provide the best service you could ever have.

    An unforgetable adventure!
"It seemed impossible". Solo female traveler in Pakistan, a country with bad projected media but All worry-free and tailor-made. I travels a lot and embrace adventure travel experiences. I have used many travel operators over the years and NEVER worked with any as privilege as Hunza Trek & Tours. From the initial stages as far as one year in advance, trying to decide when to visit, how to use my time, what to see in this large country, to laying out the blueprint for the trip, filling in many details for my travels, transfers, tours, trek, etc. Through each day before & while I'm in Pakistan, I had our travel specialist & owner, Manzoor, assisting & guiding. The itinerary and information (re seasons, weather, local culture, currency) was really helpful. Considering that I was SOLO FEMALE traveler and lots of "moving part," I was amazed that there was not a single snag along the way, or feel UNSAFE. Manzoor truly went above and beyond , changing itinerary at 11th hour when I decided to chase autumn in Upper Hunza, and extended trip. I was very grateful for Manzoor's assistance in changing hotel reservations, ordering food in advance when we arrived late without waiting too long for my meal. I had a truly amazing time in Pakistan, and I can say that this is due to the tremendous dedication & effort of Manzoor and his team. The surprise of each day, like toasted the day's adventure with a nice cup of chai, dinner at Manzoor's cousin house, traditional Hunza dance, slice of delicious Walnut cake at local cafe, apple & persimmon picking from the garden, cuddling with small animals I met, and chatting with locals. "Thank you Manzoor!" to express my gratitude for creating a once in a lifetime adventure in Northern Pakistan. I would HIGHLY recommend engaging Hunza Trek & Tour to everyone who wants to have the EXTRAORDINARY experience. Please do not wait to visit this beautiful country & people. Will be back soon!

Traveller Caution: My Personal Solo Tour Experience with this Tour Company
I recently booked a tour with this company. The trip itself had its highlights, thanks to the beautiful landscape and the friendly driver, Fareed. His dedication in driving long hours and warm hospitality extended to me by inviting me to his house in Islamabad for a few hours while waiting for my flight were truly commendable. However, my trip was significantly marred by a distressing issue that led me to make the decision of cutting my trip short and leaving Pakistan on the 4th day on a 3.35am flight. The primary source of discomfort was the male tour guide, Kumail. He suggested sharing a room with me, a solo female traveler. Despite my clear and repeated expressions of discomfort, he persisted in staying in my room and slept on the bed. This behavior violated my personal boundaries and made me feel unsafe and anxious during what should have been an enjoyable solo vacation. When I raised this concern with the company after I safely left the country, their initial response suggested that I should have informed them earlier, which, given the circumstances (remote location and the uncertainty of the situation might escalate), was impractical and could have jeopardized my safety further. I was concerned about the possible repercussions if the tour guide became agitated by my attempt to contact the company for help. Nonetheless, the company eventually shared their actions of removing the tour guide, Kumail, from their team and cancelling his license, which I appreciate and hope that they indeed took the action. Although I received 50% refund from the company, it is important to note that this experience has been emotionally and financially costly for me. In addition to the stress and discomfort, I wasted 50% of the tour payment and a flight ticket scheduled after the tour. I also had to buy an additional flight ticket to fly out from Islamabad at the soonest possible. This experience has left me deeply unsatisfied. To fellow travellers, especially solo ones, please consider your comfort and safety when booking tours.

Book this tour, you won't regret it!
Pakistan is a lovely place. There's so much to see, especially in Hunza valley. We chose Hunza Trek & Tours because they were the most communicative group we reached out to when myself and a friend were planning this excursion. The visa process for Pakistan took some work and Hunza T&T helped us get our paperwork together. The tour itself was amazing. Kumail was extremely helpful. I had to stay another day due to how my flight was scheduled, and he spent and extra day helping and hanging out w/me in Islamabad! I would highly recommend this tour with this group, no questions asked :)

Authentic and wonderful 10-day tour of Hunza
My friend Matt and I just completed a 10-day tour of Hunza, with starting point in Islamabad. I thoroughly enjoyed my trip. It was a highlight of my nine months of full-time travel around the world. Our guide Kumail was a kind and calm person, a great ambassador for his country. He was flexible with our itinerary. Kumail has a good sense of humour. Most of all, he is a very gifted photographer and videographer, which is such a huge bonus. He is proficient in English and very knowledgeable about Pakistan. When he shared about his country and culture, it never sounded like a lecture, but more like a conversation with a friend. The tour was well-customised. For instance, we decided to stay an extra day in the Central Hunza region because it's amazing. Our itinerary remained packed even though we chose to skip any altitude higher than 3200m. Kumail always checked our room and made sure we had everything we needed. I could tell he was hard at work behind the scenes to make sure we were always happy. In addition, we had a fantastic driver, Faqir, who was super skilled and focused on his job -- a must on the crazy Pakistan roads. Always smiling, Faqir has a very sweet personality and spoke reasonably good English. It was a joy to have him as our driver. I have travelled a lot this year and in my life, this was the first time a tour did not force me to go waste time in tourist shops. I appreciated that a lot. Actually, everything we did during this trip felt very authentic. We loved the local Pakistani food and became almost addicted to chai. Our hotels were of good standard for the region. All in all, I would strongly recommend Hunza Trek and Tours and will certainly hire them again when I return to Pakistan (because one trip is not enough for this wonderful country).

Wonderful trip up the Karakoram Highway
I recently went on a 12 day trip to Pakistan with Hunza Trek and Tours. The trip was originally scheduled to take place in 2020, but due to Covid it was rescheduled to September 2022. Manzoor, our guide provided excellent support before the trip, especially in arranging for our visas. The trip was very well organised and exceeded all expectations. In addition to what was included in the itinerary we visited the border closing ceremony, had an excellent meal at one of Manzoor’s relatives house, walked to a glacier, and met a Shaman. Manzoor was an excellent guide and very happy to accommodate our needs. This included some of us not going up to the Chinese and Pakistan border, even though it was included on the itinerary. He was extremely helpful if we had any questions, needed assistance with anything, etc. I really enjoyed all the food and the people we met were very friendly. I enjoyed my trip to Pakistan so much, as well as Manzoor’s company, that I’ve already arranged another trip to visit to south Pakistan. I highly recommend Hunza Trek and Tours.

I have taken many short/long tours in my travel. This is my most favourite tour so far.

The tour coordinator (Saleem) is very responsive in his correspondence and advice. Pricing is competitive.

The tour guide based in Hunza is his cousin. Very attentive, friendly and trustworthy.

I love their personal arrangements for the traditional music band to perform at our hotel.

Their selection of hotels and good are decent for the price we pay.

Strongly recommended!
