Everything was excellent. Can't pick out 1 . It was all wonderful
Our stay in Premier Inn London Stanstead Airport Hotel was excellent in all respects. The help and care we received from Lisa-Marie and Michelle made it so. We arrived so late in the early hours of the morning and felt all the tiredness lifted when sorted out by your fantastic staff. Thank You

        Eurostar
Wait times are terrible. Swimming is better than the Eurostar. They cannot handle the crowds going thru security etc. Be prepared to stand .

        Smooth Arrival
Used the Private Birmingham Arrival Transfer service from the airport to my hotel. Dead easy booking process and the driver was spot on, really friendly. Car was clean and comfortable, making the journey relaxing after a long flight. Only downside was a bit of a wait at the airport, but once we were on our way, it was smooth sailing. Definitely recommend for a hassle-free start to your visit in Brum.

last year went to gurnsey with family and i was impressed with how lovely the staff were and very welcoming invironment too. The driver the airport booked made sure we fully checked in before leaving us so this shows us that they are very serious about there tourism industry here, not just the councils but the locals, loved it

My family took me on several tours the weather was very kind to us. Guernsey still retains that magical quality .
As an islander who hasn't visited for 15 years I was delighted to see Guernsey looking so beautiful. We stayed at Cotil Hotel with the best view over the islands of Hermand Sark. The Hotel was in stunning grounds, a large country house the food was most excellent and the staff We're so helpful and lovely.

Eurostar Amsterdam to London - 11 Hours.
Eurostar Train Journey AMS- Lon 08 Sep 2023 07:47 > 11:00 We were on this train, we arrived as requested at Amsterdam Centraal Station at 06:42, The Eurostar train arrived at 07:45 eventually leaving at 08:05, we travelled relatively slowly to Rotterdam Centraal arriving in Rotterdam some 30 minutes late. The Eurostar train left Rotterdam, after some time the train manager announced that there were some problems with the train and its power supply. The train made various stops on the line eventually arriving in Antwerpen Luchbal at around 11:00. The train manager then advised that the train had lost total power but was able to maintain the air conditioning. At 11:30 the train manager advised that a train would be arriving across the platform to take us to Brussels Midi/zuid and we would be able to catch the 12:56 Eurostar to London St Pancras, and that the train would wait for all of the passengers from our train. At 11:40 a local running Belgium Railways train arrived which were able to board, this train made a number of stops eventually arriving at Brussels Midi/zuid at 13:15. There was an announcement on the Belgium Train that all passengers from the Eurostar train should on arrival at Brussels Midi/zuid make their way to the Eurostar Gate. My wife and then join the queue for the Eurostar train to London to be told that our existing tickets will be reissued at the Eurostar desk. We then stand in the queue until 14:15 when we reach the Eurostar desk and we are the issued at ticket for the 15:56 train to London:- Train 09145 Brussels Midi - London St Pancras 08 Sep 2023 15:56 > 16:57 These new tickets replaced TNPHCW tickets at this point we are given two food vouchers to the value of €9.00 each to spend within the Brussels Midi station, eventually we found an outlet willing to accept these. We boarded the 15:56 train 09145 and left Brussels Midi on time, as we progressed on our journey The Train manager announced that we would not be able to enter the Channel Tunnel due to a malfunction on the train. At 17:30 the train stopped on the line between Ruminghem and Audruicq. The train manager then announced that the driver would be leaving the train and may be seen on the left side of the train as the driver would be trying to locate and correct the problem. There was a further announcement around twenty minutes later stating the driver had not been able to resolve the problem. The train then moved again and stopped at Les Fontinettes, the announcement given advised the driver and the engineer would try resolve the problem, after about 15 minutes it was announced that the driver had been able to resolve the problem and we could continue our journey to London. Following this the remainder of our journey between Les Fontinettes and London St Pancras was uneventful arriving 1.5 hours behind schedule at 18:30 local time. Our Eurostar Journey between Amsterdam Centraal and London St Pancras should have taken in the order of 4 hours, our journey took almost 11 hours. This journey has been the absolute worst train journey we have ever undertaken, we missed a family dinner that had been booked in Hertfordshire for 18:00 we did not arrive until almost 20:00. While there is an acceptance that on occasions there will be some breakdowns or problems two Eurostar train malfunctions on the same journey beggar belief. Now we have contacted Eurostar for compensation we are offered a voucher for a journey between Amsterdam and London or if we wish a cash refund we will be given 50% of the original cost of that part of the journey. It would appear that Eurostar are much more interested in saving money in compensation that caring for their customers. A further and of greater concern is the conditions of the Eurostar trains, are the trains being maintained correctly and to a acceptable safe standard.

Do not Waste Your money on this Viator Excursion.
This is a total waste of money. You are limited to two hours in Windsor/Windsor Castle. You can take an Uber at a fraction of the price and spend as much time as you want in Windsor. And it is just as easy. Simply a waste of money.

        Nice but poor service
The place is very beautiful, the attractions are free. Buy tickets online otherwise they will cost double, from £30 online, pay £60 if you buy on the spot. The animals appear to be well kept and healthy. Really bad food, stale and borderline edible, especially the "hot potatoes and hotdog" stand of poor quality, I took 2 hot dogs, threw them both away. We took a coke from the vending machine, the coke was not dispensed, we lost the money and bought one at a sales point because no one knew how to get the money back or get the coke. The place is really nice, the attractions too but I recommend it but with lunch from home.

        Awful , do not book!
There was no guide, just a driver, and after visiting the first attraction in the " tour" and spending there one hour less than we were supposed to spend, we were told that we didn't have enough time to finish our tour, that it was either returning to London, or paying £50/hour in cash, for as long as it took us to visit the other two attractions in the program and return to London. This was not a cheap "tour". It had already cost us around twice the price of the pre-made tours, but we wanted to see everything in one day, and we thought this tour would allow us to do ir. Tripadvisor should do something about this. As you can see in the photos below it says stop at Blenheim palace 3 hours. We spent only two, and the rest is history.

        Excellent Experience
This was a top-notch experience overall, and a wonderful way to see these sites with your family or other small group. Our driver and guide, Shaban, could not have been better. He was knowledgeable, helpful, hospitable, and a safe driver. This was a real highlight of our visit.

Employee of the year in my eyes.
Feel compelled to leave a review about Norwich airport. Arrived about midnight on 17th May after my flight was delayed a couple of hours. After collecting my luggage from baggage reclaim went to the car park only to find I had a flat battery. Returned to the terminal to the airport parking desk. Richard was on duty and came out to try and gain entry to my car. Green Flag had given me an arrival time of two hours to come and get me going. Richard got me into my car but all I was wearing was shorts and a tee shirt as I had expected to get strait into my car. By now the airport was closed and locked up and I was freezing. Richard stayed an hour over his working time. He went back to his office and made me a hot cup of tea for me to drink in my car. He then had to go home. Just want to say to Norwich Airport what an exceptional employee and a true gent. Someone I won't forget.

        Transportation Hilton Olympia to LHR
Samir arrived as planned and was very polite and kind. Efficiently took us thru London traffic and delivered us to the airport, handled our luggage and pointed us in the right direction, without fault.
