- 49helenh0 contributionsLovely friendly family run spa. The staff remember your name, and just felt very personal.Lovely friendly spa, I visited on a Tuesday morning and it was very quiet. All the staff were helpful and made me feel very welcome. I enjoyed the peace of a solo visit and the four hours flew by! It was spotlessly clean and easy to navigate . Lovely cheese platter and G&T for lunch. Great back massage, I left feeling pampered and relaxed. Looking forward to my next visit .Written October 2, 2024
- MatnVIx M0 contributionsConverted pampered pooch!A lovely afternoon my wife and I had with a lovely lunch. The shoulder massage and soft souls treatments were divine. Our ploughman’s and beef Buddha bowl lunches were delicious we will definitely be back. A welcome R&R escape from busy day to day lives!Written July 20, 2024

- lisawI8754ZJ0 contributionsBang for your Buck SpaVery good value for a small spa. Lots of rooms and upstairs was quiet in comparison to the main areas. Everything was clean. The treatment was lovely and went super fast. Afternoon tea and Prosecco was above expectations. My Only gripe was that clients were allowed to take mobile phones in. Some were obviously filming people which I found a bit annoying. IT is supposed to be relaxing and a destress but people are on their phones in the pool in the relax areas and in the restaurant.Written May 19, 2024
- Becki B0 contributionsLittle piece of heavenIf you are used to and enjoy big spas with lots of facilities and gourmet restaurants this probably isn't the place for you. However if you want a quieter more personal experience the Grange is fabulous. The location is nestled within the stunning Lincolnshire countryside and immediately calms the soul. The staff are so welcoming and helpful and gave us a tour followed by a lovely pot of tea. Being a plus size girl I wished I'd seen the notice about more robe sizes being available as my robe didn't really cover all which if I wasn't comfortable with my body I could of found uncomfortable. The swimming pool is lovely and so warm, the waterfall is a luxurious touch and eases the neck and shoulders. The beds around the pool are very low to the ground and my Mum did struggle getting on and off them (she basically had to roll off lol). The sauna, steam rooms and rainforest showers were great and I loved the fact that I didn't have to share the facilities with lots of other people. The little library and quiet room are a great touch, the quiet room was my favourite place as it was like being in someone's living room with lots of beanbags, sofas and fluffy blankets. Lunch had to be prebooked as I think it's outside catering, my chicken salad sandwich was nice and my Mum's ploughman's looked lovely. The little bistro could do with better tables and chairs although space is very limited and they've done wonders with the space available. We had booked hot stone massages and I have to say the ladies were incredible, they were so attentive and made us feel fabulous. The Grange really does offer a personal experience and the staff are amazing and do make you feel very at home, it's a small piece of heaven.Written February 26, 2024

- 548edenp0 contributionsrelaxing and welcomingHad an fantastic day here today with a friend. The venue is spotlessly clean, the spa rooms are different from each other and really relaxing and there is a beautiful pool to use. Can't recommend it enough for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of life.Written August 8, 2023
- 818Ap120 contributionsWell worth a visit fantasticIt’s been a fantastic day, when we first arrived The reception team were friendly and very efficient. As it was a first visit everything was explained properly and we were able to fill out our health questionnaire there and then. We went and used the facilities and there was only around 10 others there, it was pure bliss. We decided to have afternoon tea instead of lunch and we wasn’t disappointed it was lovely lots of food we had to take it away. Also included was tea and cake which we also took cake away it was well worth the price. Then to finish we had treatments the cocoon wrap ritual it was fantastic an hours worth and I found it well worth the price. We purchased the mum and me package.Written April 19, 2023
- kerh710 contributionsThe best spa in the country…Back to the Grange Spa for the first time since the pandemic and it was as good as ever! Lovely relaxed vibe, good service and lovely treatments. Thank you to Emma, Matt and all the team for looking after us so well. Hopefully it won’t be another 3 years before we’re back!Written March 5, 2023
- L1849ILcharlottel0 contributionsBeautiful, hidden spa retreatWhat a hidden gem! After the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, this is just what we needed. I booked the Cosy and Calm full day for two of us, with a 50 minute treatment and lunch included. Lunch was light but more than enough, plus you can purchase extras on the day, I.e. cakes etc. The fact that this is small is what makes it. There were no more than around 20 people so it made it very relaxing, far nicer than the larger corporate spas that are heaving with folk. The treatments were fab, I didn’t want it to end. Thank you, we shall return!Written February 25, 2023
- bubble19650 contributionsBody MassageMassage treatment for an hour of pure bliss. Lucy was lovely. Treatment was relaxing and felt wonderful afterwards. Nice products and heated bed. I will hopefully come for a twilight spa as the area looked super. Thank you Lucy and The Grange. XWritten November 22, 2022
- TimChris560 contributionsDisappointing DayI have never had cause to complain about a visit to a Spa but, although the treatments were very good, The Grange itself was very disappointing. My daughters and I were celebrating my birthday and one of them had rung the day before to ensure that we would be finished by 4 o’clock, in time to collect the grandchildren. When we arrived this had not been taken into account and we had to reschedule the treatments. As far as the facilities were concerned, although there was a disabled toilet and wheelchair access, they did not cater for those with limited mobility as the beds and relaxing chairs were terribly low. I had to ask for a higher chair and was given an upright chair which is not conducive to relaxation. One daughter’s bed tipped backwards when she sat on it. How her head missed the wall I do not know! It was obviously not fit for purpose and could have been a health and safety issue. Also, some of the relaxing chair covers were stained and the wooden ones needed re-varnishing and mattresses provided – wood is hard on the body! The catering also left a lot to be desired. The eating area itself had two tables by the serving counter and two under the stairs with no view of ‘the wonderful Lincolnshire countryside’, all with hard seats. Two of our group had to ask for cutlery and a cup to be changed as they were dirty and there was no choice for lunch which consisted of a very salty mushroom soup, a sandwich of ham and camembert cheese, a little coleslaw and an individual loaf with no butter. Two of us do not like camembert but there was no alternative and when we asked for butter it was plonked on the table in its wrapper. We couldn’t eat the lunch and when we asked for the normal cheddar cheese to have with the ham we were told that they had already asked for dietary requirements! We were offered a choice of cakes instead but there was only one flapjack left and they had run out of brownies, although the carrot cake was very good. Overall, the treatments were very good and the treatment tables excellent, but the other facilities need an overhaul. Perhaps the gym could be fitted into a smaller area and improvements made to the eating area and menus. We were given a refund £12.50 for the meal but the experience was still not value for money and I shall not be returning.Written November 14, 2022

- 660AlisonC0 contributionsBeautiful boutique spaLovely boutique spa set in peaceful rural Lincolnshire. Never crowded, always relaxing. The whole day was perfectly restful and the treatments were excellent, unhurried and professional. Lunch is generally a selection of cold mixed salads which are very tasty. There are complimentary drinks on arrival and you can opt for an alcoholic drink with lunch or to round off your day. With an indoor pool, steam room, sauna and cooler steam room, there is plenty to help you rewind. Also lovely grounds with loungers to enjoy warm weather, or a cosy library/quiet room on wet days.Written October 14, 2022
