We just can not apologise enough, this makes for hard reading but all I can say is that we will do what we can to make everything better. We are scheduling some training in with the team over the next couple of weeks. With regards to the food if you have an expectation of what you would like we can achieve this for you. We use outside catering, a company called the catering crew, they are local and actually grow much of the produce themselves. The buffet that we do has true provenance which was important to us when finding a supplier as our roots are in farming. I am sorry that the food was not to your tastes but we can cater for sandwiches, soup, crisps and salad if you would prefer, just let us know on booking and we can arrange this for you with pleasure. I am really sorry to hear about your experience with us, it should not have happened but I promise you we will work on this and bring our customer service back up to the level that it should be.
