Verlässlich beim Verkauf, unzuverlässig in der Durchführung

Shrike hat sich 100%ig auf unsere Routenwünsche eingelassen (Arusha-Mwanza one way mit Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro und 2 Tagen Serengeti) und ein vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis her sehr gutes Angebot gemacht. Kommunikation und Verkauf sehr verlässlich. Während der Safari aber stellte sich heraus, dass der (lange bezahlte) 4. Tag nicht organisiert war, was zu unnötiger Verunsicherung und anstrengenden Verhandlungen führte. Der Safari-Genuss trübte sich so ein, auch weil der guide/driver Paul eher unattentiv und wenig informativ agierte. Schade.
