I reverved online an "integral descent". The day after my reservation was accepted and I was required to pay. I payd and the day after I was there. Only when I arrived the staff told me that the water level was too low and they strongly suggested to take the shorter family trip in place of the integral trip that I chose. They however refunded the difference giving me back part of the money I payd to match the lower amount for the family trip. If I had known when I booked that the integral trip was not suggested, I would have kept this experience for a better season and avoided the long trip to Brissac and the two nights I spent there. The staff was kind and eager to help, but the booking experience was very bad.

Excellent service - the guys running it made sure we had all the info we needed about kayaking but were also very informative about so many other aspects of the area having grown up there. We had a young child and my 79 year-old father-in-law with us so we just did the family option but even this had enough rapids to be fun and took us through some stunning scenery on a beautifully clear stream.

we wanted a calm activity suited for all family and they had the perfect one for this. The team was great on the welcoming and preparation. We got via a calmer part of the river with rapids that are very accessible and providing excitement to the younger ones, lenght is just perfect and very nice places to relax swim and eat.
